Jessica beauty supply is a nice, friendly place. It’s big inside. Has a lot of things to choose from the customer service is reasonable they try their best to help you.

The service was terrible on June 25,2023. My daughter went in to get some braiding hair. I was on FaceTime with her. She walked up and asked a question and the lady kind of just threw her hands up and put her in the direction. Any other time they are more than happy to answer you and follow you around the store like you’re going to take their whole store away. My daughter with me and found what she needed. I frequent the store quite often and the purchase was only. $15 and my daughter asked to take my phone number so she could use it for my rewards. The lady looked at the guy behind the counter and totally ignored her and I put the phone number and we wanted to use the phone number because I had five dollars off I decided as of today I will no longer shop here.

If you can't find what you want at this beauty store, you don't need it. They have everything a girl needs. The entire store is very clean, neat & organized.

This is my only local hair store in Frisco and it does bring me all the essentials I need for my natural hair, however with it being the only one they are able to hike up their prices and they do. And for that it’s hard for me give a perfect rating. The employees are always super sweet and attentive, but the prices are outta control!

The store is well stocked, organized, and clean. I was greeted by three of the employees, and the prices are reasonable.

First time shopping here. Everything is very overpriced! Put all my items back and went to a better beauty supply with more reasonable prices and way more product availability! Definitely will not come here again!

Customer service needs improvement, no one on the floor to direct traffic or ask questions. No self distancing or mask restrictions. To many people is such a tiny place.

Has a ton of options to choose from. Staff is friendly too, which is rare for most establishments like this.

If you wear wigs this is the place to be! They have a wide variety of wigs and braid hair!

Jessica's has everything you will ever need for your hair and cosmetic needs. Julie assisted me with my purchases, she was very kind, helpful and and patient. I would recommend this hair salon to anyone that is looking for the best and latest products that are reasonable and cost efficient. Thank you!

They are always fully stocked and always have what I need. Prices are really reasonable as well. I drive 25 minutes just to shop here!
