A patient had been charged for a no show!
My Experience with Dr Jesus J Pimentel MD have been excellent. He is very profession and seems to be very caring about me as a person.
Dr. Pimentel has wonderful bedside manner and have never had to wait long. All of the information goes into the web portal which I have referred to multiple times already.
I have been with Dr Pimentel for almost 2 years. I live in the Woodlands but still go all the way to Scurlock Tower to see him. I think that says enough.
He never answered one of my emails. I was worried because he had not been clear on a previous correspondence. Also, it was very expensive. I am dissapointed.
Dr. Pimentel is very nice and thorough. He is a pleasant person and takes his time to explain everything! His bedside manner is impeccable!
Dr Pimental has great bedside manner. The doctor thoroughly examined you and runs test accordingly. He was so kind too answer any questions I had about my condition. A huge plus is he is ALWAYS on time, and gets back quickly via MyChart with test results and suggestions.
Highly recommend.
Dr. Pimentel is an exceptional doctor whose compassionate and caring bedside manner exceeds anything I have ever experienced with any doctor. I am 71 years old and without a doubt, I will continue to keep Dr. Pimentel as my PCP. He is patient, thorough and demonstrates a genuine interest in your well-being. I will continue to refer him to others.
Worse doctor. Do not go there. He does not follow up with patients - has no clue about practicing medicine. Run god your life. Your 10 year old child can be a better doctor than this guy. He's an insurance collector. Mediocre.
My new PCP takes his time with me, has a Quest IOP, and is digital! My lab work, appointment scheduling, and messages from his office all come through a secure app. I've never had a doctor email me about lab work and answer my health questions via email so fast! I'm one happy patient! If anyone needs a PCP, definitely consider Dr. Jesus Pimentel at Methodist!
My father absolutely loved him, he took his time and listen was very thorough. The office is really clean his assistant was personable. She has her own business card with direct number. I left her a message and she called me right back. She worked with our schedule to get my father an appointment right away. Great service all the way around.
