Jet Travel Plaza, Teague TX

Didn't look like the cleanest place to go but it does have a bathroom lol

The store area seemed ok/average. Not QT level, but also not bait store gas station.

The bathrooms are 90% of my rating. They were awkward, smelly, and very dirty. This is advertised as a travel plaza, so I expected better. There was plenty of TP, but only one air dryer for hands (and it is situated very awkwardly on the far wall, you can't get to it if someone is using the sink it's blocked by). In the men's room, my husband and son passed on the air dryer as it is installed right by a urinal (which was in use). They left with wet hands

The smell about knocked my girls out, I presume it was from the overly full trash cans that are being used like bathroom trash cans in Mexico (IYKYK). They really need lids (or changed more often) if they are being used for human waste. I understand that this is becoming a common practice in the States and I have no problem with that, but the business must be aware and they should either post signs to flush all TP or change the waste baskets frequently. There was also waste on the floor. TP and fluid. The door locks on the stalls didn't seem to work (at least for us). There was a gas station worker in the bathroom checking the TP, but she didn't seem concerned with the mess.

If we ever stop at this exit again, we'll try the station on the West side of the highway and pray that it's in better shape than this one.

They are so racist they don't like whites no wonder they are never busy they are way to high on every thing truckers beware I will never stop in again

It was supposed to be open but it wasn't I guess the worker was at the bathroom doing #2
