Very professional. Took the time to go over all details of the appraisal. I have never experienced this with the appraiser (usually the item has been taken from me and I receive the report later) and you can tell Judge Gordon has the knowledge, integrity and expertise for anyone to feel comfortable with his services.

The service is good! He is very kind and accommodating. I was late about 15 minutes, however he still allowed me to come in. He walks you through the process. He said most others just bring the ring to their “back office” and appraise it. I’m guessing this service is something they pride their business in, but I haven't have any other experience to compare this to. It might be standard protocol nowadays?

The only reason why it's not more stars, is that the price. Honestly, I feel like Linda (the wife) kind of just wrote down a price and I was left with no choice but to sign it. I advise you guys to shop around before you get an appraisal. I'm sure there's cheaper around the area. One regret I didn't do, is ask for the price beforehand and shop around. I'm a student and especially during these times, it's not worth paying $250 for an appraisal on an e-ring.
