Jiffy Lube, Universal City TX

In and out quickly, didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. The guys were quick, competent and didn't try to push things I didn't need.

Had a state inspection done there. In and out in about 15 minutes. Fast service, knowledgeable people.

Good people and good customer service and quality attentive workmanship and friendliness. They also did my vehicle inspection for me.

Thought this was location my husband took my car too. Called this morning and talked to Andy. It was not the location but Andy was so nice and professional I decided to drive 20 mins out of my way (have a location right outside my neighborhood) and came to this store. Everyone was as nice and professional as Andy was on the phone. I needed inspection and oil change. Price was good and they had me in and out a lot faster than many places. I will drive out of my way again to come see them and have my oil changed here again

Quick fast and friendly! Remember to find a coupon online first! It makes it much more pleasant experience too!

The technicians are very knowledgeable and skilled. They work efficiently and as a team. They track the maintenance needs for my car and keep me updated. They're very friendly from their initial greeting to the goodbye and drive safe when you leave. I wouldn't go any where else! David is super helpful.ask for him!

I am not taking away the team's politeness and good service but was disappointed with their high price for synthetic oil.also, using water for the windshield wiper reservoir? Come on!

I just went for a vehicle inspection this time, but they were quick about it, and that's with one other vehicle ahead of me. I appreciate that.

Most of the time when I go here great service! However I went this past week and they changed the air filter, oil, Added windshield wiper fluid, added coolant, rotated tires. Well they didn’t put the cover casing back on the air filter correctly (which actually damage the new air filter). We think this caused a hiccup in our system for the turbo in the car so we screwed everything on better and reset the system. Had we not researched and stared under the hood it potentially could have been a thousand dollar job

It is better than going to the dealership because it is faster with more personal care to the service.

I always go to the Jiffy Lube in Universal City, TX early in the morning for my annual car inspection because I know I can get in and out quickly. The staff and Dave the manager are awesome. Very professional and reliable.

Location was very busy, employees were courtesy, waiting area had plenty of chairs, spent over an hour waiting on just an oil change

I would like to apologize to this jiffy lube I got the addresses mixed up this jiffy lube has been nothing but nice since I last visitedthey have great customer service they even called to make sure my concerns which weren't theirs to do but they called anywayand I really appreciate that because I've been waiting for the other to jiffy lubes that I do have a problem with to call and they haven't so hats off to Pat Booker for they're caring and concern for each and every customer.
