Auto service care technician, Mr. Kevin, who supervised the process of my oil change service, provided a fast and friendly auto care service. Based on the experience I've had, I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone seeking auto care services!

My #1 oil change choice. I use the Groupon discount. The personnel is always courteous and services the car quickly AND correctly. They stay busy so go early.

Mr. Kevin was an absolute professional and friend. He helped me with such professionalism and confidence, he made everything flow smoothly!

This place inspected my car (a 2015 Mazda 6). Parking was very easy and this place was very cheap (around $25). Inspection took 40-50 minutes.

Had my state inspection and oil changed. Mr. Kevin at the Holcombe Jiffy Lube was wonderful, and it was all done super efficiently!

I pulled into the bay, and one of the employees immediately approached and asks me if I am there for an oil change. I said yes, and he asked about the kind of oil. As I got out of the truck, the employees were already starting on draining the oil and I was told to head inside for checkout. I go in, and am then told by the employee that it would be over a hundred dollars to do the full synthetic oil change, which is a whole lot more than i normally pay (it normally costs me about $65 where I usually get it done). By the time I realized that I was getting ripped off, it was too late. My truck had been drained of oil and I could not tell them to stop the work. Then, when the employee puts my info in the computer, it is over $125. He justifies it by saying my truck takes more quarts of oil than their stated price covers, so there is an extra charge for that too. What can I do? Say no? This was a horrible experience and I will not return to any Jiffy Lube.

I’m a crisis response RN working in the ER at least 5 twelve+ hour nights/week so getting an oil change in can be tricky. I got there close to closing time and despite cars being ahead of me which would have them starting on my car after closing time, a really nice and personable employee named Kevin got me in with great service! It was much appreciated!

Kevin was a huge help. Very friendly and honest. When I asked about fixing a broken blinker light, he was honest and shared that it had just “wiggled” loose and did not need replaced.

I highly recommend this location!

The best place to get my car checked! Kevin was so wonderful, helpful, & kind. So used to car places taking advantage being a woman but felt so taken care of. Service is amazing, these people are amazing! 10 stars if it was allowed!
