Jiffy Lube, Conroe TX

Adam with Jiffy Lube was awesome! My tail lights were stuck on and my battery kept dying on the car. I bought the piece to fix it and brought it up to Jiffy Lube and Adam figured out how to install it in a few minutes. Outstanding man and service! Thanks

Had State Inspection completed. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Professional and friendly staff. Will use again.

Promotion was not expressed clearly. I was told 20 bucks off 79 bucks and they charged 99 bucks and discounted that price to 79 bucks.

These guys are great. They’re quick and don’t give a hard sell on the extras, but make you aware of issues that might need addressing. I showed up 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday, and they still took me in and serviced my vehicle. Thanks guys!

Went there for oil change and tire rotation was in and out of there in about 15min. They suggested a cabin and engine air filter change, but what liked is they actually pulled the filters for me to see with my own eyes if they were dirty or not.

Worst oil change experience of my life-took 1hr and 35 minutes-in that time only 3 vehicles were serviced-staff in no hurry-I will never use this company again

I think they did an ok job. But I got a quote over the phone and when I went to pay they said they already had applied a coupon. I guess assuming I had one. Nice guys and everyone but car wasn’t ready til 4p. Dropped in off at 10 for brakes and oil change.

Loved the service and the facility as a whole. Staff was not able to reset the service schedule in my car. Not a huge deal, though. Would definitely recommend!
