Jiffy Lube, Grand Prairie TX

Very friendly but it took an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and inspection. They were not busy at the time. Very frustrating.

Bad Customer service. You need to check you receipt because they will over charge. It has happen to me twice. That's why I ain't going back to get my service done.

Went to get some maintenance on my car on 2/25/22.thought it needed a oil change but just needed the cabin filters.technician didn't want to check my brakes because of the cold weather.over charged me a total of $88.00 just for the filters.check how much they really were and they don't cost no where near to what they charged me.while i was driving home my car smelt strange and the car felt really light, i had a feeling he didn't put a cap ack on, and i was right, got home popped the hood and the engine oil cap was not secured.had engine oil spilled everywhere, went back to get a refund and the technician only gave me $20.00 out of his own pocket and didn't want to document or put it in the system of reports i suppose.while i was getting ready for work, the car smelted burning so i didn't want to risk doing any damage but will be going to a trusted mechanic to have it looked at next time.moral of the story if you can do the work do it yourself and always check the hood after a service!

I went to get my oil changed there this morning. And let's just say that I have a special set of circumstances. The the guys were really sweet to me. They took the time to help me true some of these symptoms they were kind and sensitive to my condition. You guys get a big a plus for me five big beautiful golden stars thank you for the compassion you showed to me

Nice people, took a little while to get my oil change, but i think thats just because they were busy on the car ahead of me.they did give me a $20 off coupon so that was cool.will return for my next oil change

Awesome place (pretty much all jiffy lubes are) Great staff at this location the even told me my oil was still looking good and instead of paying for an oil change they topped off my fluids free, inspected my tires and general checkup. 10 outta 10! Tommy in particular had stellar customer service!

They are busy. And I feel the order the follow to attend the customers is not always the fairest. The lady that came after us. Was almost ready before us. Overall is a good service. Do their job.

Showed up and I was exhausted and had to wait but once it was my turn the employees and manager made me forget about the slight wait. They were professional and efficient and very courteous!

For years been a Custumer for jiffy lube as a family we taken our cars here but won’t do it anymore. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE AVOID THIS PLACE, They left the oil filter lose in my dad’s Toyota Corrolla 2007, causing the filter to come off and engine oil from the car. Now the motor is lock up and needs a new one, we asked politely that they cover the repairs but our claim was declined. So it’s why I am letting my honest opinion here so that you guys know of the poor repairs that get done here in this place and I am also letting everyone know to AVOID ANY JIFFY LUBE LOCATION, they will not be responsible to fix their mistakes and ruin your car & that is the whole image of the company so be mindful and don’t let them fool you.

I went by today for the first time. Wow they work very professional! They did not only change my engine oil but inspected and replaced my air filter, checked fill tires and more. Supervisor Greg explain perfectly well all the details which were needed to be checked just in case before doing so and by the end of the day he gave me a great discount. Thanks Supervisor Greg awesome job, i surely recommend.

Came here to get my oil changed I provided the oil and filter was quoted $20-$30 for labor got charged $40, do not come here there’s other places like MIDAS in Grand Prairie that’ll charge you less for the labor and do the same service.

They are all ways helpful, and try to get u in and out as quickly as they can. Good service, very nice employees. Yes I would recommend people to use their services.

Come in for a yearly car inspection and was taken care of and on my way in a short time with no appointment.

The crew here is amazing. I normally recieve excellent service no matter which Jiffy Lube location I visit and this one went above and beyond. I'll definitely make this one my new goto location. Really appreciate the quality and timeliness of the service. Keep up the amazing work!
