I pulled up and not one single person came to my car. I saw at least 6 people in the garage and they all at one point saw me sitting in my car and still no one came over to greet me. I went inside and waited at the front desk and still no one spoke with me. Finally a man came from inside and walked past me into the office where a lady was sitting in there and she also ignored me. When he went to go back into the garage I had to ask him for help. Not a great experience, doubt I’ll be back

I moved into my current house in June 2018. Since that time I have used this Jiffy Lube for all of my oil changes and state inspections. The service has always been quick, friendly, and professional.

The staff is excellent! I hadn't been there is awhile but I will be returning for next oil change

This Jiffy Lube is getting a “makeover” of fresh paint etc. It is looking much more welcoming and tidy. Every one was pleasant and helpful, from greeting to goodbye. I only needed a vehicle inspection done. As always it is the only place I go to for that. (And occasionally when another need comes up). Good job y’all.

They are very incompetent there. I repeated twice I had 2 fuel filters. They misquoted me and only replaced one filter, so got additional fees for the work I requested originally. They took 3 times longer than they said it would take. Go somewhere else that has expertise. Seriously.

Went in for vehicle inspection. Jiffy Lube on Walzem was horrible their printer was down, wait was 2.5 +, Decided to go to Jiffy Lube on Austin HWY they were "ready-to-go". I was in and out in 20 minutes very professional.

Staff here are terrible wait an hour ro get a state inspection with nobody in front of me

Came in for inspection, wanted to get an oil change. But did not get a good service. Was waiting for somebody to greet me and to be with me in a few. But no, had to speak up and had to ask if somebody was going to help. And other vehicle came up and was helped 1st. Very disappointed. This why I do not bring my bring here. Should have taken my business to the guys down the street.

Amazing team work from the time you pull in! Very precise in their work and take seriously your concerns! Polite and professional and fast to get you back on the road! Highly recommend!

I really wanted to give this place five stars, but the last time I was in there they forgot to attach the belly plate. They did replace it and it only took 6 weeks.

Got an Oil change and inspection, took them maybe 45 minutes once they got started, half that time was probably spent vacuuming my car. The guys that work there are all super nice!

I waited over an hr for an inspection. No front desk person to assist. The inspector didn't know where my VIN was located on the dash on the lower windshield like every car and he entered the VIN wrong which led for another visit for them to correct. I will never go there again

I have been going to this place, closest, for many years, excellent service, honest. And informed me of all recommendations applicable.

I live close by, 2 mins away and will not go again. Horrible service, bad attitude, mistakes on inspection paperwork. Waste of time. I'll go farther away to another place.

My experience at this Jiffy Lube was great. I got my oil changed and state inspection done as well. Great price and everything was done in a timely matter. All the mechanics were respectful and polite. I took my second vehicle in as well.

Do not go to this jiffy lube there service is horrible starting with the manager. They did my car inspection wrong and when I went back to get it fix they have me waiting almost an hour to get there mistake fix. Starting with the manager they wore all giving me attitude and careless that I have to wait there for an hour, that's without counting the gas and time I spend going to the DMV just to find out I had to go back and get the inspection paperwork wright.

Charging me $50 for oil change when I had my own materials.then he went down $30. Wow was he gonna keep a twenty. Not goin back
