Jiffy Lube, Mansfield TX

It was pretty decent, needed an oil change and inspection.

Went in, was asked if I needed synthetic, but I had no idea what the difference was between that and regular, or if I actually needed it.

It cost me $99 for synthetic.

A lesson learned for me, but I was hoping to not be upsold.

In the future I just hope this is clarified to the unknowing when they go to get an oil change.

I felt they tried to half way do their jobs. Lied and said air was in my tires after an oil change and my sensors clearly said different. He lied to me and expected me to pull off.

One of the guys made them take my car back and put air in the tires. Maybe because Im a woman but either way it wasnt right and it made me never want to do business at that location again.

Didn't even put the sticker on the windshield, I had to do it.
Not very friendly at all. Will not go back.

My daughter and I have both used this Jiffy Lube to get our oil change. They are always friendly, get you in and out quickly and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

The personnel are polite and professional and seem genuinely anxious to be of assistance. The registration/sign-in process is quick and easy. The waiting time is minimal at this facility and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. A state inspection is accomplished in a very short-time. The overall process is seamless.

Great service everytime I go. They don't treat their location like an assembly line they actually care about their customers!

My family and I have been coming to this location for years. We come here for oil changes and vehicle testing for registration, which have been a speedy quick process for both. I have no bad complaints for this place. Great service and workers. Highly recommend.

This place is the only place I trust in DFW. I like the people and the services they do. They never make me feel small for not knowing a lot about my car, but they recommend services that will help and try not to get into my wallet. Great service.

I have been coming here for a couple years to get my oil changed. I also have brought my car to them to have tire repair and each time they have been timely, professional and friendly. They have done a great job and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Also, the waiting area is clean and they have free wi-fi.

I moved to Mansfield area recently and needed an oil change. Used the Mansfield Jiffy Lube at 1051 Country Club Drive on 01/10/2023. I went after work, got there around 5: 15p. I asked if they had time, as they close at 6p, and the gentleman told me yes. Full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. He got me into the bay quickly. He was the general manager and was friendly.
He did bring my air filter in and show me it needed replacement.
I did opt for a new air filter as I know to get one every 20,000 miles and had not yet gotten a new one in my car (it is 2022 model and I have 21,000 mileage).
He then told me that my coolant was "nearly bone dry. " I told him I had coolant at the house (I mean its literally just 50/50 antifreeze and water) and I could handle it then. I'm not sure what the angle was here because it felt like an upsell, even though their website states that they do "courtesy fluid top-off. " It would have been more professional to let me know that I should monitor it but that they would top it off for me.
They pulled my car out and I asked "you've already done my tire rotation? " I had been watching and noticed they had not yet done the rotation. He said he almost forgot, was going to let me walk out without it and not charge for it, of course.
They pulled my car back into the bay and completed the tire rotation.
The general manager made small talk with me while I waited and was very personable.
Overall decent experience as they completed the service quickly but I did not get my fluids topped off.
Friendly staff and clean waiting area. 3 stars overall because they didn't top off my coolant, even though their website advertises it as courtesy. However, very fast and friendly service!

Horrible experience.
Pulled up for a oil change. Five minutes after they pulled my car into the bay. A guy came to me & told me they can’t change my oil. I asked him why they couldn’t changed my oil? He said he couldn’t get my bolt off the oil pan. He stated the oil pan is not looking good. He told me I needed to take my car back to where I had my last oil change because I may need a new oil pan.
After they pulled my car out of the bay, I took my car to Kwik Kar in Mansfield.
They changed my oil with no problems. My bolt came off with ease & I do not need a new oil pan.
Texans beware of this place.

I absolutely recommend this Jiffy Lube. I have had multiple great experience at this location. This visit I dropped off my car for inspection while my crew went to eat. My car was done and waiting when we got back. I have had oil change and inspection performed here for several years and will continue bringing our cars back.

I go here every year to get the state inspection on all my vehicles. They are timely and get you in and out.

I went for an oil change and the technician quickly took me in, inspected the car, recommended the cabin air filter to be replaced, oil changed completed in timely manner. Thank you, Team, for your exceptional work

Been coming here a while and out of nowhere almost doubled their prices. $50 for the oil change and I brought my own filter and oil! Never again.

I posted a review 3 weeks ago and underneath was told to email Andrew Duffy directly. I have emailed him twice and have not heard back regarding the issues I experienced. Sad to say this has solidified the fact that I will not go back. They also didn’t change my cabin air filter even though I was charged for it. Would give 0 stars:/

I waited three hours and ten minutes for an oil change and cabin filter replacement after being told I should swap my brakes for new ones. Agreed and they left me there for an hour and a half before finally telling me they are still waiting on parts from oriellys. I said I have to go please just put my car back together and I’ll come back another day. They said it’ll me ten minutes. Another hour and 40 min later…. I’ve been coming here for 6 years or more and come from Midlothian. Not anymore. If I was a man, they would have valued my time and communicated better.
