Jiffy Lube, Temple TX

I went in for an oil change and inspection. I was soo sad Brandon or Brendon (manager) wasn't working. Everyone but 1 guy was either aggravated with their job or not having a good day. They didn't have my filter and the technician working on my car, apparently didn't know how to change the oil on a 2017 VW Passat. I assume thats why the manger was directing what he needed to do. We were never notified we would have to wait longer due to no filter or whatever was needed. I didn't feel welcome, educated, or comfortable. On top of that, my oil light cane on the next day. Going.to have to take it back to see what happened.

I came in for my annual State vehicle inspection. Every time I come here I leave happy. Just a great group of guys at the Temple TX 31st street location. Very courteous and fast!

I received an oil change and tire rotation today and this is how I received my vehicle back! This is unacceptable. I tried calling the shop since they were closed already before I could go back n address the issue to leave a message but the phone just rings. The guy who changed the oil could have at least told me about this before I drove off. More than half of the push pins are missing causing damage to the cover underneath.

Exceptional, friendly and professional staff. I received an oil change, which was truly done in a Jiffy! I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Will be back for all auto needs!

Vehicle inspection was quick, with very friendly staff and free bottled water. Right next to Atrium coffee, which is a big plus!

I went there to get a state inspection. I had to wait a little longer than usual. They did it free of charge for the wait.

About a year ago, I gave a 5 STAR review of Jiffy Lube located at 4233 S. 31st St, Temple, TX, 76502 because of the exceptional quality of customer service I had always received. What's even better is that during my most recent visit, I arrived at about the same time as many other customers and thought there would surely be a long wait time for service, but I was pleasantly surprised that Chance, the employee who assisted me, did so in a timely manner and was friendly, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable. I also noticed that Chance, as well as the other employees who were assisting the other customers, were very well organized and showed real professionalism in making certain we were all taken care of quickly and efficiently. It's amazing and comforting to know that as a customer I can count on continued 5 STAR quality of service from Jiffy Lube which, in my opinion, just keeps on getting even better!

They got me in and out in a very timely order. I have never had any issues here. The staff is very good.

I was needing an oil change and as i pull up something was going wrong with my car. Even with a long line they were able to get me in and out without having to waste my whole day.

Service was fast and friendly and of quality. However, it has been 6 years since I've driven and 6 since using my vehicle. Inspection sticker was due but service wasn't offered perhaps staff should have questioned or suggested it to me, also apparently a couple seal leaks in area underneath I had to ask about that before an explanation was offered.

Excellent place to get oil change and other accessories. Staff is thorough, detailed and courteous. Latrine could use a touch up.

Just moved into town and had my first and it won't be my last experience at this location. Everything went very smoothly and I didn't have to wait long. I highly recommend going here for all your vehicle needs.

Took my 2020 Nissan Versa to here today.

Was very impressed with the professionalism of the techs and how quickly they got it done and how nice they were.

The tech even took his time to look through my manual to make sure that it was the correct oil when I was confused on what oil I needed!

I will most likely come back to here for my next oil change!
