Didn't know my turn signal bulb was out.being the main person on the road to critique driver's that don't signal, I'm sure happy jiffy lube pointed that out, especially that I only came for an oil change.thanks y'all.

Always in and out no issues friendly staff and they let you know what's going on. Still going strong and helpful replaced brake light during my inspection

Manny at the 78666 location is awesome! If you're looking to cross out everything on your checklist as far as what you want and need in customer service, Manny is the one! Personally, besides the services being fast, effective, efficient, and just on point, Manny really has a way with people and it is just one of those things where you wouldn't wanna take your vehicle anywhere else. Trust me, jiffylube in smtx is the best. Even if Manny is not there at the time of your visit, the other employees are, and they are also great! They are like one big work family and that is always great to experience. You won't regret it!

They do quick oil change. But, they charge more than they say. So, when you go there, ask the exact cost of their service.

Derrick and team offered exceptional service on my brand new 2022 Hyundai Truck. My Hyundai dealer put the wrong oil in and I don’t trust them anymore. Derrick stepped up and offered to maintain if I brought in the oil and filter. I will be going here from now on.

I went in for an Inspection for registration sticker. They were quick and did a very thorough check which was very much appreciated. I’ve also had my car serviced there too, they are fast and always give me the option to replace windshield wipers and cabin filters, etc.

Have tried many times to do state inspection with them on different cars system is always down. Don’t waste your time here.

Okay where do I start with this one? 1, we sat waiting for 45 mins and all we needed was a fluids top off, 2, they could visually see that we were in a car that had very low ground clearance yet they let us attempt to pull into the bay anyways, which lead to 3, the part that holds the exhaust up in the center of the car started to catch when they told us to back out. It then bent the opposite direction of the position it should have been in causing the pipe to not be supported and all they did was tell us, were sorry we cant help you here but didn’t bother fixing the damage that was caused by them not thinking about the low clearance of the vehicle. In order to get home, i had to jack the car up and use band strapping to hold the exhaust system in place so that it wouldn’t scrape and rip off the catalytic converter or the muffler. How ever the hook arm that bent backwards continued to scrape until I finally was able to acquire one at a salvage yard. I use to love Jiffy Lube for the service but this incident has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never return

Came in for my State Inspection and was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend going here for your State Inspection. They were diligent, courteous, and super fast. Quick and painless, I will be back next year and I will tell all my friends and family to go here

This Jiffy Lube ALWAYS provides excellent customer service. I am a loyal customer. I've been going to this location for over a decade.

I have always loved this jiffy lube because of the great service and customer service but today I received the most amazing service and informative information about my vehicle the staff was so fast, efficient and friendly I will always come to this place because my car has always been good for many years using this location. Great job guys and thank you for all that you do!

I'm sure other locations are better managed, but this one is terrible. Called to double check a service could be taken care of, but when arrived, was informed it would not be possible. I was informed of other services they could handle. Shady

The guys were very courteous and informative. I liked that they clearly showed teamwork in order to get the job done. In all of my years of visiting these types of establishments I'd have to say the experience that I had with this one was the best. Hats off to you guys, especially my greeter that performed the intake and related all steps and options. Sn: I didn't catch his name but he has long hair and was super nice!

Really amazing price for oil changes and Safety inspections, and the staff is extremely helpful, positive, and have good energy. The Manager as well is a really kind soul.

I have stopped here 3 times and each time they had an excuse that turned me away.smh.people just don't want to work anymore.

Arrived an hour before closing for an inspection. Was told, "we aren't doing those anymore today. " I asked what time they opened in the morning and was told 8a. I let them know I'd be back first thing in the morning. Finally arrived at 9: 50a and was told the inspector wouldn't arrive until 10a. Why didn't they telle that yesterday? Either you're open for business or your not.

Staff is always friendly. They get cars in and out quickly. You get to stay in your car the whole time so you don't have to wait in an awkward room. Our go-to for oil changes and inspections in San Marcos.

I have been going to this location for the last 3 years and they have always been fast professional and all around good people. I will definitely recomend them.
