Jiffy Lube, San Antonio TX

I was very happy with the customer service. They explained that I had to replaced my two filters and they showed me how dirty they were. They said I could wait to change the now or later. As a woman I felt they were sincere and honest that they were not trying to rip me off. That is what made me to go ahead and put the filters on. I want to thank

Went in for an inspection and they were very quick. There were 2 people in front of me and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. The inspection was only $7 for my sedan. Great service!

I stopped at this jiffy lube location 6/9/22 for my first state safety inspection so I could register my vehicle in Texas. I came in without a single issue or dashlight on in my car. My vehicle passed inspection, but the technician pointed out I could use a new air filter and that my battery had some corrosion. I said I would address these on my own and went straight to the DMV. On the way there I noticed my car running a little rough but continued on with my errand. As I leave the DMV I noticed my check engine light, my traction control, emergency brake, and cruise control lights were all on now. I immediately returned to the jiffy lube and ask the technician why this has happened. His response was that it was just coincidence that happened right after they closed the hood. I go next door to auto zone to get a diagnostic reading and several codes come up mainly the mass air flow sensor. I go back to jiffy lube where they inform me that they didn't do anything to cause these codes. I will not be coming back to this jiffy lube or any other. I typically only let the dealerships service my subaru and this is why.

State inspection and they didn't even take my bribe to try and get em to pass my truck. Bwahaha I kid. Great service from Dorion and fast!
