I tried to get my oil changed today pulled up and no one wanted to help me. No cars in the bay or anything. Strange will not be back.

Slowest state inspection ever. This is the second time I’ve been here for a state inspection. The first time was just as slow. They average about 1 car an hour. I’m sitting here while I watch people flying through the “Sticker Stop” next door. Never coming back. (Btw: I never take my car here for oil changes due to a previous bad experience: oil spilled over engine)

Had to return to get my oil pan drain plug put back on in place correctly. Leakage noticed after service was done a day before.

What I liked most about going to this Jiffy Lube and the employee’s that work there, especially the mechanic Noah. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I could tell he had a genuine interest in making sure I felt safe leaving. He had a very positive attitude and was eager to help me understand some things about my car I wasn’t aware of and informing me about things I can do to make sure it’s running at it’s optimal level.

I will not be returning to the Jiffy Lube that I have used for the last ten years because it is under new management that lacks customer service or inspire confidence. First big change, instead of turning my keys over to be driven into the open bay, I am asked to drive my own car into the open bay. It made me nervous as there is an open hole in the ground and you have to get your wheels in just the right place. Secondly, when I asked that she apply the coupon that you guys always have. The prior guys were just so nice about. If you asked for it they helped you out with it. The new lady manager said if I wanted a coupon I would have to go to the internet and search for it. What if I couldn’t pull it up? What if my connection was bad? But I did and I gave her the number. I told her that I would use the usual oil and that it usually ran me about 80ish. I indicated that if it was any more than that and she needed to let me know first. She didn’t say anything. So then, I went into the waiting lounge and I was shocked. It had empty pizza boxes and trash all over the place. The TV was off and no water available. The waiting room isn’t fancy by any means but it was at least clean and pleasant. While I waited there, the lady manager came in and told me my filter was filthy holding it up by two fingers. Told me it would cost me $23 more. Now I have seen filthy, dirty and just a little used. This did not meet filthy or dirty stage at all and I was a little insulted that she should think I would fall for that. I told her no. Then she was done. My bill was over $110. I was dumbfounded. Then I started questioning her about it. She said that it cost more because she had to put 6 quarts in it. Well, I assume that that was the amount put each time and it didn’t cost me that much. I looked close and noticed she had removed the coupon I had given her. I called her on it and low and behold she had a coupon number handy to type back in. I still ended up paying more than I normally do but I won’t anymore. I will be finding someone new to change my oil for my three cars.

The guys here are above and beyond. Just such a great experience. Great energy, very professional and cordial. I took my mom's car because it was leaking oil and they made sure to fix everything and double check the rest of the car for any other issues. Thank you guys! You're awesome!

Was forever grateful they were open during a snow/ice storm. Needed new windshield wiper blades as the old ones froze off. They said my battery was near death so I had it replaced. They had them so more of my good luck. Unexpected expense but no choice. Car runs better now so I needed it.

Rip off artists. Do not go there. They allegedly changed my air filter and then charged double the going price AND charged labor on top of that. Additionally I was not even shown the new air filter and it is quite probable that the old one was cleaned and then put back in. I could not see their posted prices as I was not allowed out of my vehicle since allegedly according to Covid restrictions I had to stay in my vehicle. They dropped the oil filter dripping in oil inside my engine and did not even wipe what had spilled unto the engine.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years. Trish and her team did an amazing job this morning as they not only topped my oil off for free (to my surprise this is a customer service) but made sure my vehicle to make sure it is running well.

I have had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube before but I'm going to tell about my last experience which was the most unprofessional of all. I always go there for oil change and inspection. A few days back I had the service check engine light on and I decided to check on it. After I checked a few things I was going to check the engine oil when I noticed that the level dipstick was not there. I couldn't understand how did that happened because don't touch that unless something is wrong with the engine. Last ones to deal with the oil were Jiffy Lube. So the very next day I went there. I explained to one of them "mechanics" what happened and when they checked the computer they found out that the Jiffy Lube that made the change was the one down the street (this one I'm making the review for). First, I tough that was rude and unprofessional. They just watched their hands and passed the ball to their teammates. So, I went to the one down the street and told them the same thing. The guy called the "manager" and she told the most hilarious thing ever. She said, "that couldn't have happened here because I always supervise my employees to see if they did a good job and put everything back in place. " That right there is the biggest lie someone can say, specially a "manager. " First of all, that was the first time I've seen her there. Second, she doesn't work there from opening to closing 7 days a week. And finally but not least, managers don't stand next to their employees all day to supervise them. They had other things to do during the day. I asked her if she had something to check the oil level since I did not have one anymore and she said that they don't carry nothing to help me with. She told to go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's to buy a dipstick. That is very unprofessional. I did not stay and argue (knowing that I was right like the saying, "customer is always right") because I had to go to work and I knew I wasn't going to go anywhere if I did. IF YOU ARE A LOYAL CUSTOMER YOU (employees and managers) SHOULD TRY TO HELP THE COSTUMER ANY WAY POSSIBLE. They did not even try to help in any way. They just dispatched me. Both Jiffy Lube location at 620 "employees and managers" are just not helpful and apparently just lazzy. HERE IS THE RESULT (PICTURES). LAST TIME THEY CHANGED MY OIL THEY BROKE THE DIPSTICK AND LEFT IT INSIDE. IT COST ME OVER $500 TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND TAKE THE DIPSTICK OUT.

Went for a regular oil change, took a hour and they told me the previous oil change sevice screwed the filter on too tight and can't be removed and charged me 50+ dollars for their labour and materials. Concerned I went to my previous oil change location and stood by watching the process as they changed out the filter and conducted a oil change in 15 mins. My best guess is they did not know how to remove the plastic 4runner skid plate before trying to remove the oil filter. I would not have posted a review if they had just told me they didn't know how from the start. Rather than making me spend not only extra cash but also half a day running around town to do a oil change

The Jiffy Lube at FM 620 at Lake Creek is superb! The service, timeliness, and professional/friendly personalities are outstanding. I have found where I will have ALL future oil changes!
