They were extremely busy and didn’t hesitate to take me in even though they were close to closing for the day. Big bonus the gentleman walked me to my car and opened my door for me.

Manager at location in Tomball, TX is extremely rude to customers. Does not have any customer service attributes when issues arise.

Overall, good service, but took almost 2 hours to change my oil and do an inspection. Was not told it would take that long or would have found another option. Should work on speeding up the process or tell customers up front it will be a long wait.

These guys don’t mess around. Got my truck in pointed out all services I require. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The level of professionalism is amazing.

After our last oil change, we’ve been dealing with quite a bit of oil leaks in our driveway.

Seth is fast, honest, knowledgeable, engaging and as a result i totally trust him to tell me the truth.

This is a terrible location. This is the second time that I’ve sent my daughter here for an oil change and both times the skid plate flew off the car as she was driving home. I called and spoke to Colton the “manager” and he could care less and showed no empathy or solutions. I will not be coming back here. This use to be a great location when Jesse ran it.

Had my brakes inspected and replaced here. Service was professional, friendly, efficient and fast. Seth did good work following up, and parts arrived quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with my visit to this place. Based on price comparison, I believe the service was inexpensive as well.

Went in to get my car inspected and figured I would get an oil change too. The managing mechanic (I wish I could remember his name!) showed me my filters and I chose to have both of those changed as well. He was courteous, efficient and competent.

The man I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything in a clear, kind manner.

These guys. 'evil' is the only word that comes to mind. They told my 77yo grandma it would be $25 bucks for oil change, ended up being $104. The dude working there sold her the full sync for 10.99 a qt x5, still isn't 104 bucks? What gives? They charge 1 dollar just to turn their eyes in the direction of any fluid so 10 more dollars. They tried to sell her a license playe light for 15 bucks "with a buy one get one free deal" small light is 2 bucks everywhere else. They also tried to sell her windshields wiper blades for 65 bucks! Its really sad they would do this to our seniors who live on budget. It's diabolic, evil and disgusting.

They keep waiting cars out of sight to appear empty, and tell you (after they take your keys of course) that it's a long wait, even tho the garage is completely empty with 4 guys sitting around.

Do not go here, they lie, over charge and have zero respect for our community.

This shop is amazing, the supervision and all the team is always in a great mood. The team is also very safe and very knowledgeable. They were not only respectful to me but everyone in the office, I will be using them in the future for all my maintenance.

The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Will not ever return.
