Jiffy Lube, Magnolia TX

This was the best experience I have had at an auto shop in a long time. Jeff was quick to help, very kind, and obviously knowledgeable/experienced. Most shop managers can be petty and rude when you profess to be a fellow mechanic, but Jeff and I shared car photos of upcoming projects and made good conversation. There are very few repairs I do not do in my own garage, but for any that come up for me, I will be coming back here.

Waited for 20 minutes without any employee talking to me. I left and went to a competitor.

If i could give it less than 1 star i would! Do not go here for an inspection! We refused to buy new windshield wiper blades (ours were good, almost new) so he failed the vehicle. Lied about how much coolant was in the vehicle so I would buy coolant. After failing the vehicle he pulled the car around and left the keys in it. The car passed at another place the next day. Without replacing the wipers. Which were 40 a piece.

Absolutely nothing Jiffy about this place. Been sitting here forever on a simple oil change!

Didn’t seam like they wanted to work and gave me an attitude. I just left without getting an oil change. I’m local but I’ll drive farther rather then deal with them

Just pulled up to one of the open bays. No one even looked at me. Backed into a parking spot and went into the waiting area. No one even looked at me. There were 4 employees all standing around a red Chevelle. Waited in the waiting area until they got done with that car. The guy doing the inspection on that came into the waiting area. One guy went back to working on a different vehicle in the shop. The other two ducked into an area that I assume they use for breaks and grabbing a bite to eat. Both of them looked at me in the waiting area and looked at me like, "Why is that dude standing around up there? " but didn't bother to come ask. Maybe they just needed a bite? Waited in the waiting area for probably another 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there.

We were visiting from out of town and had a flat tire. Jeff was very helpful and got us in and out very quickly. As a fellow mechanic, I appreciate the help. The staff was very courteous and the shop was extremely clean and organized. Thanks for your help!

Very friendly and professional staff. I got an oil change and an inspection done in good time. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited.

Called to ask questions they rudely answered the phone and my questions, than just hung up definitely won't be giving them my business.

I’ve had them do an inspection and repairs. I’m a former mechanic from many years ago and I can tell you these guys know their stuff.

The complete Jiffy Lube team knew their job and role and performed like a well oiled machine.

Came for inspection. Guys acted like asshats so I left. Would not recommend. Guy who works there who drives a brown Chevy truck is extremely unprofessional.

I went there 04/12/23 to change oil they said a price and when finished they chance the price also they tried and insisted to sell other parts like air filter, bulb lights and sparking, I said no. They gave a discount on oil price but when I get home I checked and a dipstick was out and air filter was not back correct, that's my complaining. It was my first visit. I don't recommend.
