Jiffy Lube, Amarillo TX

The customer service was outstanding. The window washing was an excellent touch during the oil change. To top it off they gave our 2-year-old a sucker.

We took a brand new truck to get an oil change. They put the wrong filter or didn’t put it in right and oil was just everywhere on my driveway.by the time I drove it up there it had almost no oil in the truck. They could have ruined a 70 K dollar truck!

This location always does a good job servicing my vehicle. The staff is very friendly at this location as well. My only complaint is that the last few times I've been there, the windows weren't cleaned and no vacuuming has been done.

We often come get our oil changed and state inspections. Very quick, and to the point no long waiting.

We needed an oil change while coming through Amarillo. Stopped in at this Jiffy Lube on Georgia St. Great service! Had a nice conversation with the manager. They were quick and professional. Highly recommend them!

Service was quick and efficient. All of the staff worked well and were respectful to one another and their customers. Seems like management is trying to turn the place around and take care of their staff as well. They went out of their way to track down an air filter when they discovered they were out of the one my car needed.

The staff at 2801 S Georgia Amarillo TX were awesome! Work was done quickly and affordably. No one tried to push additional services on me like other places! Will definitely be coming back. Employees were Jason, Josh, and Rodney very impressed with the service provided by all three men!

They were unable to perform one of the two procedures I went in for. I was told over the phone that they could do it. I wouldn't have bothered leaving a rating on my experience, but I found the guy managing the place to be rude. I didn't appreciate his tone and he is the reason I won't be going back. The rest of the crew seemed new, but friendly enough. They are the reason I added a star.

This is one the worse companies anyone can ever work for or give your business. The management is complete trash. James Henderson is the worst supervisor jiffy lube has had. He takes advantage of his employees, he watches his employees work while he sits in his truck for hours. His strict policy of no phones but he spends hours on his personal phone. This company does not care about their employees what so ever. Their starting pay is $9.00, no benefits (they tell you you have to find your own insurance) no holiday pay, no room for advancement, no incentives, no Christmas bonus. The owners literally never show up to their own shops, and if they do they will treat you like you do not belong, especially if you are a person of color. One of the most expensive oil changes in the area. Every single product they carry are over priced just to give their customers a bare minimum oil change. Watch out for the up charged on items that they will not tell you about. If management and ownership does not change, this place is/will go down hill very fast.
