Jiffy Lube, Providence Village TX

I'm driving home Jan 27th around 2pm and my car starts shaking and the check engine light comes on. I stopped by Jiffy Lube and was helped by Billy, he pulled the code, have me next steps, and fixed my car the same day for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

What’s up people of the internet. This was my first time at the Jiffy Lube location. The tech’s were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I overheard one of the tech’s tell a customer the things he found that his truck needed, and showed him the evidence. Real professional. And the shop was very clean. I will be back.

Great place to get state inspection in and out quick on a Sunday

Greatest place to get inspection again this year in and out no waiting

Went in for my annual state inspection. One person was ahead of me. I was escorted into the lobby area. Waited no more than 10minutes Great customer service in and out. $25.50 fee.

All of the service techs were very professional and courteous with the highest regard for customer service. I would highly recommend anybody I know to this Jiffy Lube location.

Even though I was really flippant to the state inspector for failing my tires that could have caused mass-casualties, he said, “Have a good day. ” Which I didn’t deserve. <3

I received excellent service yesterday at Jiffy Lube on Hwy 380/University Drive in Aubrey, TX. I had my car inspected and also had them rotate the tires on my car. They charged me $25.50 for the inspection and $29.00 to rotate the tires, which I think is very reasonable.

Well don't come here if you're in a hurry because the name Jiffy lube apparently has nothing to do with their actual speed of service! I've been sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes now, I'm only getting a simple oil change. There was only one person in here when I walked in. They pulled my truck straight into an open bay. I can not imagine what's taking so long!

I have visited many jiffy lubes and must say super pleasant experiences EXCEPT for this location the gentle was rude then put the wrong oil in my vehicle and when I brought it to his attention I was told he can just add more oil of the actual correct one his words exactly were "I didn't do the work on your car there must a been a mix up in the bay"! Even though he was the person that spoke with me initially, I asked was it going to mess up my car he stated no its like the same and walked off. Definitely an F- for Customer Experience

Everyone is welding and nice. They always do a great job and try and get you in and out quickly.

I come here all the time, great service, although I wish they had coffee or tea while we wait.

Went in for an oil change and they had me in and out very quickly, they also offered to help me carry my two kids out to the car since i have two under two. Very friendly and helpful staff!

It was a good experience Billy the assistant manager was amazing and put my new tires on fast and got me out quickly his customer service was amazing also

If you own an old vehicle this place is really bad for inspections, I went twice because the first time I have to drive more apparently, and the guy didn't like that I have a rear broken lamp, I fixed everything, it was all good in the scanner and the guy didn't want to pass the inspection, apparently my car didn't have the check engine bulb "working" I showed him it was working OK and he insisted no, I didn't waste my time there and I went to another place, and the other place it passed with no issues! So I lost my time and 25$ in this place, never again.

I appreciated the friendly and courteous service I received. They were ready and able to help me from the minute I pulled up. It was nice!

Had me sit in the parking lot for over 45 mins waiting for inspection just to have people who pulled in later go ahead of us. Had to leave to go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional experience. Left filter loose on son’s car after oil change. Loss of oil almost ruined new car. Failed my truck inspection for tent when another shop down the road passed it 20 minutes later.
