The people working knew what they were doing and handled my service with care and efficiency. I would definitely recommend anyone get serviced here.

Today I experienced great customer service from the employees. They gave insightful information regarding the best possible oil change for my vehicle. Also, they took care of the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Thank you Seago! My mother sent me to jiffy to get the car checked and what not. I’m a first timer on this and she wanted me to learn. So when I have my car I’d know what to do and say. He could tell it was my first time. And he didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all! He was patient and very kind! Very professional! Thank you for the experience, I’ll definitely go back there for my car when needed! Also everyone else was nice as well!

I went to this Jiffy Lube for my oil change. I expected to remain in my car with my granddaughter as advertised on the COVID 19 update. Instead I was greeted by a lone employee who: 1. Didn't wear a mask 2. Wasn't wearing gloves. 3. Said we would have to get out of the car and wait in the waiting room while the oil change was done. I
immediately said nope not interested and drove off. Very unpleasant and unprofessional especially in this pandemic. I wasn't expecting that at all since I've been going to this location for years. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for State inspection. Was shown dirty filters for engine and AC. Price supposedly included a discount so I accepted. Called car dealer later and was told I would have been fine doing nothing. My bad for not getting 2nd opinion before saying yes. Beware! Otherwise everyone was very pleasant and I was seen quickly.

I came to bring my car in for an inspection & they were very polite & opened the door to the building. Process was very fast thank you Jiffy Lube.

Went there to get my vehicle inspected, my vehicle failed because my break light was out I asked if they could change it for me, they said they don't fix break lights on vehicles like mine that are high mileage because they don't have the "proper tools" to open the back cover where the break lights are. I went to Pep Boys down the road, bought the light, asked them for a flat head screw driver and changed it out myself. Didn't take more than 5 minutes to change. Lazy? Maybe. Went back told them my light was fixed and my vehicle passed. The young guys working there were nice and friendly.

They charged me almost 50 bucks for an oil change, they told me that I could only get get a high mileage oil change, which is bs, I wouldn't ever go back to this location. I went to another jiffy lube and they said that I could get any oil change.

I needed to get my car inspected and passed several other locations on the way here. Passed them because they looked busy. Stopped at this location because it didn't look like there was a line. Was I ever WRONG to stop here. A simple state inspection took over 45 minutes. My car was finally pulled in and then left alone for at least 15 minutes without anyone looking at it. Never again will I stop here.

Terrible place! Avoid this shop like the plague! Took my vehicle for the annual state inspection and the "technician" told me that my rear brakes were worn and my headlight lenses needed replacement. This clown did not know that one of the headlight lenses was actually new. When I challenged him on it he brought out a gauge used to check the brake pads and I could see that were still within minimum specs. But he kept insisting that they were marginal and then proceeded to try and scare me by saying that the worn pads would damage the rotors if I did not replace them immediately. It just so happened that this shop had a "special" on brake replacements up on their billboard. He still failed my vehicle and charged me the $7.00 fee. I took my car to another inspection station and they could find nothing wrong with the brakes. This place is a total RIPOFF!

Dre and Freddy were great. They checked my car and informed me with what i needed. They were fast and courteous. And very funny. Always go there and they haven't failed me yet.

This was my first visit to this place. I was there to get an State Inspection. They did just what I had asked for. The service was excellent. I was greeted immediately when I pulled up.

I highly recommend this place for their services. Keep up the good work!

Sexist, Bad Business and HIGHLY unprofessional, They Do NOT tell you everything.

I went in to have my oil change, which went well at the time. The crew cleaned some corrosion off of my battery and topped off the coolant in my car. Sounds good right? WRONG. I had to drive shortly after my appointment there and while on the highway the bolt securing the drain point on my oil pan popped off and my entire car spilled oil on I-37.

After speaking with the manager they claimed that they told my father what was wrong (the insertion point for the bolt was stripped) with MY CAR. Even if that was true (which it's not), none of them thought to tell me while they brought up how I should have my spark plugs changed at one of their "full service stations. "

Shouldn't they have brought up the stripped screw so I could go get it replaced at one of their "full service stations"? Or maybe they just didn't want to mention it to a woman because we obviously know nothing about cars. Either way, this place sucks, and some of the other reviews are very telling. Save your money and go next door to the Meineke. They're much more polite there anyway.

One thing is guaranteed - Jiffy Lube has been consistent with superb customer service. They always treat me kindly and go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with their service. No matter where I am, I will always look for a Jiffy Lube. I'm a customer for life!

The attendant was very rude to me. I waited inside by the window to get checked in as I have done in the past at this same location. The employees working on cars in the shop saw me but just looked away. This went on for about 15 min. Then when someone did come inside he ignored me as well. When I got his attention he came over and laughed at me and then he asked me multiple times what I was there for, and I kept saying an oil change, I'm not sure how this could be confusing to him. Then he asked me to pull my car up behind the others. However, he kept smirking and acting like since I was a girl then I must be an idiot. He laughed when I couldn't get my car pulled in in one go, which was impossible because of the way the parking is. Then he asked me what oil I needed and I referred to my sticker to be sure which one it was, at which he smirked and laughed. I was so mad by the time I left I could hardly stand it. I have not been treated by a male like this in a long time and he was one of the worst I have encountered: as far as assuming that because I am a female that everything I am going to do is just a joke. I do not think that Jiffy Lube should entertain these types of employees and they should not be allowed to treat the customers like this.

Had to get my car inspected before I can buy my tags for my car they do look pretty fast turnaround only had to wait 30 minutes with three cars ahead of me which was great

The staff were super polite and friendly. I was in and done in 30 minutes for an oil change and inspection.

They also do inspections and replaced a headlight bulb.no charge. I tipped the tech handsomely.

I called 5: 40 pm and they close at 6 pm. Traffic was awful, I just needed my state inspection done. They took really care of me. I’d absolutely recommend this Jiffy Lube location!
