I wish I could NO stars. Walked in & wasn’t even greeted in fact the very rude girl taking orders had her back towards us continuing to talk to the other employee. Did not even have respect to interact with customers. When we did start ordering she turned around and rolled her eyes & had a nasty attitude. We walked out and will never be back, no wonder it was empty inside.

I come here 3+ times a week, one specific worker always remembers my order lol. I see some reviews that say costumer service is bad… I’ve honestly witnessed every person that works there. They’re never rude and always ask how I’m doing. Service is always on point and even when busy they’re quick and timely. Always delicious and fresh. My fav place?

My boyfriend and I like the drinks but the service is always TERRIBLE. I try not to leave bad reviews.but we went on 5 different occasions it doesn’t matter how nice you are their employees are always annoyed and rude. I usually tip everywhere I go but I stopped here and will probably stop going period:/

Customer service not good bad a experience with the girl name BELLA. She needs to find a different job. Working with customer you have to have good attitude.

Got the dragon smoothie and it is way too sweet. They’re supposed to be healthy smoothies not packed with sugar.

Had a 16oz lavender milk tea with the "chewy" Boba, and I have to say it was YUM. I didn't think I'd be able to drink it right away because we'd just eaten but I slurpped that thing down practically before we left the parking lot! I'm new to Boba tea, so I don't know what's "better" or "best" but I thought it was delicious!

It's alright at best!
I've been to other Boba places that are actually authentic so I immediately tasted the difference after the first few sips.
It feels like they slipped up on the sugar so it taste a bit too sweet, I like sweetness like bees with honey but this was a bit too much personally.
The texture also doesn't sit right, it's almost like I got a hybrid of tea with a hint of frappe or something.
If you've had authentic Boba tea you'll know what I mean.

TLDR: look for another tea shop

My son and I come for boba and smoothies. Drinks are all great and staff is nice. Whether it’s juice blends, protein shakes, boba drinks, açaí bowls, vegetarian Posole, grilled cheese, ALL HAS BEEN GREAT!

Positive: Anything you order is going to be amazing. The Açaí bowls are ridiculously good.
Negative: The staff gets more rude every time we come. I would give a 0 star solely for the staff but we continue to come back for the amazing products. Please just put a smile on your face and act like you enjoy serving people so us customers enjoy walking in!

I ordered a ACAI bowl from here this am. Watered down soupy juice is what this is. So much for smoothie texture! This is after I even added my own coconut and granola! Horrible. I could have just poured juice over my own! This is also the last time for me to order anything in the am. These people are always gone when they say open with a sign that says be back in 5 - more like 45.

I really liked this place! I took my 6 year old here to introduce him to the magic of boba tea. He picked out the coconut with blueberry bursts.

I grabbed the strawberry surfer. Both drinks were on point and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Yum! Love the atmosphere in this place and the workers are super nice. When I really don't know exactly what to order and I want to try something different, I ask the workers. I just wanted something with the blueberry Boba. So the guy suggested a taro frap with the blueberry Boba. Yes, sooo good! My sis got the coconut frap with tapioca Boba. Very satisfied with my drink!

Similar to Acai Bar has a sweet aroma smell as you walk in. Prices are also similar but can't go wrong going healthy.

They have such quick service I order and in 2 min it’s ready the only problem is the boba comes out differently every time but it’s good

I ordered a vegan matcha frapped today. Not only they ran out of boba at 4pm in the afternoon, but my drink came out watery with no ice whatsoever and it didn’t taste like anything. I understand being understaffed but if you can’t get people’s order right, consider closing down until you figure things out. I have been a regular customer. So today will be my last day.
