Service was awesome The food was very authentic and delicious. I cannot wait to go back and have got a Caracol.

The service is terrible and they take too long to serve the food.
The music is too loud.

This is a very bad place to eat, it took too long for my family to finish eating and mine had not yet been delivered to me and the meat was burnt and it is very noisy and the smell is too strong.

It is the worst food there can be. I ordered food at home and they came out with horrible food, the pupusas were burnt, if they are going to have restaurants I think they should start cooking well, not so burnt the food

I am a long-time customer of the place because of its good food and the customer service is very warm from its owners and workers, the parking is the only thing I think they can improve.
