Poor communication. SUV sat at lot untouched for a week, even tho I had a 9am appt on Monday. Communication was problematic. I called several times to get updates & one of the times my SUV was unable to be found. There was a massive miscommunication with the price, even though I asked for clarification. I thought he said $75.00 it was actually $775.00. I also asked for a State Inspection to be done & it wasn't done. I have had my SUV back for 3 days & tonite it smelled as it was burning & has almost no coolant in it. But a multipoint Inspection was "completed" on paperwork. Highly irritating experience.

I wasn’t able to book an oil change at the dealership where I bought my truck because they were booking 2 weeks out. I called Jim Turner (I have bought several vehicles from you and used your service department for them) and they were able to schedule me when I needed. They were courteous and performed the work I needed. I will be back with both of my vehicles.
