Jimmy John's, Nassau Bay TX

I submitted my order online. They got the order wrong. How can they get an order wrong when it's there in black and white? The order was simple too, one sandwich, that's it, nothing else! Didn't check the order before I left and when I got home it was too late. I guess quality is ellusive these days.

I love this place. The bread alone is awesome! I've bought some to make my own sanwich, it was very good. 90% of a sandwich is the bread.and they knocked it out of the ball park!

Great sandwiches really fast and tasty. Jacob fixed my sandwich and it was great and tasty! Good place to eat if you are in a hurry.

Sandwich was great but it sure wasn't freaky fast! Not sure what the issue was tonight never had the problem before.

I have fallen in love with the Unwich sandwich (sandwich wrapped in lettuce). The customer service is ok, they sometimes forget there are customers in the store during slow periods. (language) Other than that they do a good job fixing sandwiches so I give it the EJ Stamp of Approval

Sometimes they get the order right, sometimes not, sometimes the meat and cheese is less than it should be. Sandwiches that comes with guac don't always have it on them. It's disappointing.

Ordered for online pick up. My sandwich was made super fast and was delicious. Was a great quick meal inbetween my classes at UHCL. Thank you!

I have ordered sandwiches from this location dozens of times. I have yet to have any issue with my orders. They are always fast at making their delicious signature sandwiches. The location is perfect right across from NASA Johnson Space Center in the Nassau Bay shoppes by Saturn Dr.and NASA One.

I have loved jimmy John's for 16 years now. No matter the town it is always amazing! My sandwich is the #6 extra veggies in a unwich. But my husband has tried all and loves them all!

My family and I love Jimmy John's, so delicious! However, this location on "Nasa Road 1" in Clear Lake has horrible customer service! They are rude, sound defensive and do not listen when taking orders. They don't give suggestions when you're not sure of something and look at you like you're an idiot.

Wow. The commercial is true. Super fast. Really good food. The hot peppers are fire breathing hot but so good.

I love Jimmy John's. My go to is the Beach Club, cucumbers and guacamole on a sandwich yes please. But, today I was disappointed. Quality of veggies lacked. Also, they forgot cheese on my daughters slim but they didn't forget to charge me. All in all I will never stop going to Jimmy John's but the employees could have done better seeing as I was the only person in their store (literally.)

Favorite sandwiches. Wish they would allow food delivery services to pick up from there. I don't care if Postmates isnt freaky fast it would be worth the wait.

Always very good, I prefer Jimmy John's to Subway but no everywhere you can find a Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are always fresh and will prepare in detention are very quick. There places are green all the time.

Worker kaleb Johnson very lazy not hard working at all slacks off always eating the food was making my sandwich with no gloves on saw him sneeze in his hand and then continued to make my sandwich.

Ordered a tuna sub sandwich for lunch today. The bread was clearly cold from a refrigerator & was not good. Spent $10.22. I called to ask why my sandwich was pre-made & the manager lied to me & told me their breads are never refrigerated. I am at the hospital nearby visiting my Mom who had a heart attack. There are several of us & they laughed when they touched my sandwich. I had recommended JJ but now none of us will ever eat at a JJ because the manager clearly lied to me. The food was terrible as well. I tried to give Feedback through their website before I posted here, but it is set up in a manner that you are unable to do so.

This branch manager does not provide adequate customer service and is really rude! I placed my order on the app and made all the customization I needed (omit the cucumber and tomato, add onion and mayo). When I received my sandwich, it was not what I had ordered! I called and spoke to the manager and informed him that this was not what I had ordered and what there plan was to make it right. I was argued with about what my order stated, told to bring the sandwich that was delivered to me to their location and that there was nothing else they could do for me. I will never do business with this location again. They do not care about their customers satisfaction. If I would have known this was going to happen I would have spent my $12 on lunch somewhere else!

What can I say about Jimmy Johns without tipping my heart to much and possibly have it broken? When I'm hungry Jimmy is there, when I'm sad Jimmy is there, when I need a pick me up Jimmy is there with his quirky but clever advertisement. When I need a pillow to rest my weary head, yep you guessed it, Jimmy John's bread is there, and a bonus, after you wake up peacefully knowing Jimmy has coddled your weary head through a night of slumber, you can eat the bread pillow! Jimmy, thank you! Thank you for being you!

Had the unwich for the first time. Pretty frickin good AND as advertised, came out in like, 5 minutes for 3 sandwiches
