Jimmy John's, San Antonio TX

Nice place, clean, and friendly staff. Sandwiches are good, even though I think Jimmy John's bread is a bit hard. The potato chips come in a large bag, unlike some of the other sandwich shops whose bags are very small.

Great service, I messed up my online order, was supposed to be a box. The person I spoke to fixed my order at no charge. I love this place, sandwiches are always fresh and the staff is always super nice.

Be aware that this location shows they close early at 5pm but even if you get there at 4pm they will turn you away.

New Management: Don't let past reviews fool you. This place is under new management and things run smooth. Quick polite courteous service and great food. Food was fresh and ready quickly and accurate. Restaurant was clean and organized. Highly recommend coming here. Chris is a great manger and the staff here really take care of the customers like they should. Looking forward to my return to this location.

An hour later and no lunch. Called and they answered and put me on hold without asking me if I wanted to hold. I get an hour lunch for work and it will be over once I get my lunch. Never will I order again from this location this is not the first time. Now I’m being told it will be here whenever they can get a driver to come back. No offer of free soda or desert for the inconvenience just it will be there when we can get a driver here

I hadn't been here since they reopened last year. Sandwich was good but service was slow. It seemed like a couple of the people working were new and it was lunch rush but I wouldn't think it would take 15+ mins to make the 4 sandwiches before they got to mine. I think I'll just order online ahead of time next time.

I just had a sandwich delivered and I asked for extra peppers and they didn't put a single pepper. I called to tell them and the girl said, "my manager said to tell you HE is the one who made it and he did put peppers". Are you kidding me? ! First of all, lose the attitude. And idk what sandwich you were making but it wasn't mine. I had not one pepper on it. Instead of arguing with the customer, own up to your mistakes. Does this look like it has any peppers on it. It's not about the peppers, it's about the lying, bad attitude and not owning up to your mistakes, especially being a manager, you need to set an example. I even tipped them! Uhhh never again. So beyond frustrated

Is this place even open anymore? I went by not too long ago at about 1PM. There was what looked like an eviction notice posted on the inside of the window and the place was closed. I went through a lot of trouble to get to that location which is the closest to my work only to find them closed. Disappointing.

They messed up my simple mobile order. I ordered online and paid with my cc. I did this to avoid the line. So I show up and go to the pick up spot and he tells me to get in line. I ordered a side of mustard but when I looked in the bag there was no mustard so I asked for a package. I get back to work and it’s a mayonnaise package yuk! I hate mayo! WTH!?

So today I called for delivery but their systems were down and were unable to take my order. At that point I had already submitted my order and they were apologetic and I understood. A little while after the call they delivered my food at no charge. I have never tried the food but this act of service has already made me extremely excited!

Place look clean and maintain.friendly staff.sub came out great.the only problem was the chips I pick were stale.keep up the good work guys.

I came in smiling and said I’ve never been here with a smile on my face and I said I just need a minute to look. The lady stared at me with a straight face and didn’t say anything until I ordered. The food is good it just needs more smiling.

I am a sandwich lover and their French bread is very tasty. There is a good meat to bread ratio. All the ingredients are fresh.

Fast friendly service. I order from this location a lot as my office is right around the corner. It's convenient, maybe too convenient!

Great food plus staff was extremely nice. Daughter ordered tuna but did not know it had celery and onions. She did not want to eat it. Staff overheard our conversation and made her something else and didnt charge me. I will return.
