This is the best location. Don't bother with the others, won't get the customer service you'd expect to get anywhere else. This location is stellar, absolutely stellar. The food, quality, the people the worx. I'll definitely pass the good word to everyone about yous guys. Keep rockin. Btwz the general manager Thomas, what a gent. ~

I ordered from Jimmy John's sandwiches last night at 8: 59pm using Doordash. A few minutes later a get a call from them telling me they're closed and that my order was canceled. They close at 9: 00pm so I get it, y'all are probably already shut down. That's not why I'm upset. After waiting about 10 minutes I noticed that my order was not canceled and I called and explained that the order was saying it was still in progress, only to be met with silence and being hung up on. After that I repeatedly tried to contact them only to have them answer the phone and hang up multiple times. After finally getting someone to answer the phone I asked for the Manager, who said her name was Elena, and she told me that she did not have my money, they already refunded me, and that I would need to go through Doordash for the refund because they have my money now. This was the worst experience I have ever had! As you can guess I still don't have a refund, but I have already contacted Doordash about the issue and I'm sure they will be more helpful than this location has been!

First time there, no mask required. Had the Caeser Chicken wraps which were good, not great. Their jalapeño chips weren't hot.

Uniwich (tuna sandwich with lettuce wrap) was fresh and delicious.
The establishment was clean.
Staff was very friendly and professional.

Made me the wrong sandwich and wouldn’t replace it because they could find my order in the system. The food has always been good at this location, but not going here anymore because of how crummy the customer service was with this.

Placed an order 1 hour ago for 1 sandwich and still isn’t out for delivery. I feel freaky fast marketing will be questioned as false advertising in the future. Could have went to a sit down restaurant and eaten but instead no lunch will be had even giving them an extra 30 minute COVID cushion.

We submitted an online order to pick up and my husband went to pick up the sandwiches and asked the person putting them together if he was putting ham on them because the meat looked too light and the employee just smirked at him. When we got home and opened the sandwiches (all three ultimate porkers) all had turkey on them and no ham. My husband called the location and was told he would need to call back and get in touch with the manager. In addition, two out of four of us ended up with a stomach bug throughout the night and into the morning. The only thing in common on our sandwiches were the hot peppers (spicy east coast Italian and ultimate porker with hot peppers added). We have never visited this Jimmy John's location and we probably won't ever go back.

Sandwich was good. Music was loud and kind of rude. Actually the music was vulgar and staff laughed when we acknowledged the words being blared through the store. It's strange how something like the taste of someone's music would taint a store's success, but then I am probably not the demographic that keeps a JJ in business. It was just a turn off that would make me choose somewhere else. I mean really, I can buy bread and lunch meat at HEB and make a similar sandwich for a few days for the same $.

Very bad service. Ordered lunch two separate days and did not receive first order and second came after my lunch break was over.

It's now been over a FULL HOUR since I placed my order on the app and I still haven't received it. I called the store after about 45 min and they said it was out for delivery. This has happened now 5 times and every time we've ordered! You can guarantee that we will NEVER order from this store again. Their delivery is not "freaky fast" its STUPID SLOW.

Freaky fast means over a hour. This place must not pay their employees enough, and therefore cannot get more than one delivery driver

Good sandwich.but not quite as "freaky fast" as expected due to the volume of customers during the lunch rush. More like normal fast. 15min to get my sandwich.

Today I tried JJ’s for the first time. I was at work so, I had it delivered. The staff was personable on the phone. The delivery was prompt. The delivery person didn’t say a word, but the sandwich was AWESOME! A decent first experience.

This location used to be pretty good untill a few months ago they have been taking so long to get to me! I have had to call and make sure they even got my order and they have said that they ran out of break twice.well lets order some more bread then. BUT the people who deliver are super nice.so that makes up for it.
