I would give the location a full 5 stars if the employees wore their masks over their nose and mouth while making sandwiches. The mask hanging off the nose causes me to turn right around. The sandwiches that I have had made their with employees properly wearing a mask have been delicious
Jimmy John's is a basic sub shop but the one in Victory Park is immaculately clean and the staff is friendly. They have fair prices and they sometimes have specials which are fantastic. The Jimmy's peppers are one of my favs. A small red pepper with a medium spice. You can add them to any sandwich and they add a kick of heat. Delicious! They used to have a multi grain sub roll but they have discontinued it. They now only have a plain French bread roll, which may be a deal breaker on future orders for me. I had the double roast beef and a tuna sub. Both were delicious.
I give this spot two thumbs up. Looking forward to coming back with my relatives. Prices are fair.

I used to order from this location, until one time the sandwiches caused major illness. I contacted their HQ customer service team, but even after multiple requests on their behalf, the management at this local never contacted me to discuss the matter. Oh well.
Never dissapoints! Turkey Sandwich, chips and soda and I was set. Outstanding customer service and so prompt with my order. My only call out is parking can be challenging during lunch/dinner times so don't get frustrated.
Kind and friendly staff. A bit pricey but food was great. When I order for a delivery, driver is always fast and kind.
