The hours of this business state that it is open at 10: 00am, I arrived at 10: 05am. The door was locked at first, but then Roland opened the door and make me two great sandwiches!

Very fast, have gotten the order wrong a few times and have missed items before. Overall though, the food tastes great, high quality and tastes fresh. The app is their best strength. Can get you free items from time to time but it’s usually these free items that they forget to include.

The employees at this location need more training/practice making Unwiches- poorly assembled leaving a fist full of meat and mayo.

This place is always closed 5th time stopping here after work! Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I love their turkey tom sandwich on sliced bread pairs perfectly with their salt and vinegar chips. The sandwich is healthy but so tasty and fresh. I wish they would sell their bread by the loaf. It's fresh, has some nuts and raises the level of the sandwich.

New beefy crunch is great. Usually I do not get roast beef because it has a tendency to be chewy, but this beef was high quality.

I have tried to grab a sandwich from this location 3 times and the doors are always locked. I guess this location is closed.

Why would you not just got to Subway? Subway you get more for your buck and better options. Or Fire House Subs, better quality and same price.

Third time in a row here they screwed up my order. It isn't like this is complicated, just don't put lettuce on it, as I keep asking you. Between the inability to follow a simple instruction and the downright surly nature of the staff, going here is not a convenience, it is penance. UPDATE: This just gets better and better. I was asked to relay my comments via the Jimmy John's customer service website and this location is not even listed as one of their franchises! What a farce! LOL!

As I pulled out from the HEB parking lot across the street, the delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to drive so close behind me that I couldn't see his headlights. He then proceeded to try to cut me off and then ran a stop sign while cars were coming. I get it, you're known for being fast, but you better watch out before you hurt someone driving like that. Horrible driver.

Here they make the sandwich so fast that quality isn't a priority. I get it, they're known for being super fast. But, there is a problem when your making my sandwich so fast that everything is tossed together and looks terrible.

I usually like Jimmy John's. I moved to them once Subway no longer sold roast beef. I usually buy sandwiches from med center location and it's perfect every time. I came here today to get a Hunter's Club with Jimmy mustard and Jimmy mixed peppers. When making my sandwich the guy only put one kind of "peppers" on the entire sandwich (not a mix of different peppers like it's supposed to be) and barely put ANY mayo on the sandwich. When taking my sandwich back up to counter apparently I was given an answer "that's just how the peppers are sir". This was after ne pointing to the giant container of "mixed" peppers and asking why I got a million of the same thing on my sandwich. After not just offering to remake the sandwich I opted to just get a refund and leave.

I order online and when I arrive my sandwich has always been ready. Great job guys - keep it up!

Before today I would have given 5 stars. This location is only 0.7 miles away from me. I have ordered from them several times before and they always delivered to me. Today I was told that they will no longer deliver to me. Something about Chimney Rock and Renwick. I told them that's fine. My friends and I will take our business elsewhere since it's obvious the manager here doesn't want it.

There's something about their bread that's addictive! The fillings have a little room for improvement (that's the reason for 4), but overall, a solid sandwich joint!

Store is super clean& food is awesome, a condiments they don't have too put on your sandwich.other than that food is good.employees are nice.

So it was fine. Bit disappointed cause I ordered a sandwich with extra avocado and somehow got none. How does that work? The I ask for 2 #11 and the prep guy gives me a giant #11. I will still go but check my orders.
