James took my order and two other ladies were there assisting a massive order. Great music was playing, place was clean, and the personalities each of them had was amazing. As we all know the food is made quickly so you have like two minutes of conversation or less. In that time I had a blast. If management is reading these comments, they should review who worked on Wednesday June 7th at 8pm and later as the team there is awesome.

Dude couldn't even put hit phone down to take my order. Continued to play his game on his phone while taking my order. 0 eye contact. Just strange behavior.

I always order my sandwiches from this location. The people at this location are very nice. I am been getting the Italian sub from them is really good. I also tried another one. It’s really good as well. Very friendly and super nice I would definitely recommend this location.

Got the JJ Gargantuan. Watched the worker make it and didn't see oil and vinegar nor oregano and basil added. Asked her thinking that I may have missed it and she told me that it was. Got home and it was not. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal if I wasn't lied to. Very annoying.

JJs is my go-to lunch while WFH. They got some for real freaky fast delivery, EVEN DURING THE TEXAS ICE STORM! I have literally NEVER received an incorrect order or sandwich. The sandwich’s taste fresh and delicious! Their customer service is great whenever I call or have gone inside in the past, the interior always looks clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend because let’s be real, $15 for a full meal (including tip) for delivery and almost always arrives within 30 minutes…. TAKE MY MONEY YALL

I don't like being treated like a thief for sub-par sandwiches. She was being extra with checking my cash I gave her. Last time I'll be here. Should've just gone subway. They're friendlier.

Just had a horrible experience with this particular store. The shift manager John took my order, charged my account not only to call back 15 minutes later and tell me I’m outside of their range. What troubles me is that not only 4 hours ago I ordered the same exact thing and had it delivered across the street and it was even less than what I ordered this time. He proceeded to tell me that the delivery driver did not want to deliver to my address. I get it being out of range and finding a different restaurant. My thing is why take down my address when I first call and tell me they can deliver to my address but then bc the delivery driver has a problem going 3.1 miles to my location, and yes I tip well. I’m sorry but JJ you get and F for customer service. 3.1 miles ‍️

They got slammed today and it took a long time for my delivery. Not many people understand how hard it is to hire a staff after Covid. I work in a restaurant in Frisco and no one shows up for interviews and it sucks. This location has always delivered quick and on time for me so I am patient with one bad day. If only people can understand how hard it is to hire right now. You guys always Rock in my eyes.

Has taken already almost an hour for a 1 sandwich delivery. I get that stuff happens but come on! Don't advertise "freaky fast" if you can't follow it. Have never had a problem with other locations before.

Used to order from this place a lot. Last few times it took about an HOUR to get my food. On top of that, the sandwich quality reminds me of meals I'd have for lunch in the 4th grade. 3 pieces of thinly sliced deli ham (at best). Nowhere near the $15 price of the meal.

I'd avoid this place and go somewhere else. You'll be disappointed at what little you get for your money.

Have had a few issues with this store and they don’t respond to corporate complaints apparently. My most recent was me and my fiancé visiting to place a catering order for a gathering we had tonight. As we pulled up to the parking lot an employee was in the parking lot talking selfies with her gloves and (very very dirty) apron on. She then walked inside behind the counter without washing her hands and keeping said dirty apron on. We left before we could see more to go to chick-fil-a. They care about hygiene and health code.

Called to complain about wheat bread being stale. Young man said it was impossible. It was stale. Another day young man made my sandwich and he through it together. It was disgusting looking. Poor management.

Ordered placed at 11: 30 am. It is currently 12: 15 pm and still no food. Called at noon and was told driver would be here in 3 mins. Just called and was told he's on delivery with 3 orders but they don't know where he is. Male on the phone did not sound remorseful or empathetic at all. No explanation, no care at all. Freaky Fast is a freaking lie. We have now wasted our entire lunch time with no food. Order number 12029814959357955

Horrible service! The chick that made my sandwich could of been off the street. No uniforms, hats, or hair nets nothing. Just street clothes and all they wanted to so was go to the back. Save your money and time on this place.

This place is sooo unprofessional & I feel as if they might have a thing against African Americans! The guys at this store speak so harsh to African Americans. My co workers all have experienced issues with the guys in the store. I came in to have my sandwich fixed & one of the guys came from the back & already had on gloves, he took my sandwich out of my hands and touched inside the sandwich. I asked for my sandwich to be remade because I didn’t see him put on new gloves from coming from the back of the store! He began to yell at me and question why I have a issue! The manager next to him named John allowed the worker to speak to me in such a harsh manner. I simply came in with a low tone and asked that my sandwich be fixed & was yelled at & told not to return. I’ve had issues with this store for the past few months & to treat me as if I’ve caused a disturbance & I haven’t is not right! This store needs a improvement in employees & management! QUICKLY!

This store is horrible and their customer service is HORRIBLE! I placed a order 2hours before closing and I live literally the next stop light from the store and they cancelled my order and NEVER called me to let me know. When I called the store, someone answered with a rude attitude saying they called me and they didn’t! I hate I had to give the one star just to leave a review! But this store has lost me as a customer due to the customer service from some of the guys in the store and how they speak to their customers.
