Jimmy John's, Magnolia TX

Do y'all read the app customizations on orders or just not get them? Don't like paying extra for something and not getting it:/

Customer service is key to.any establishment.it wasn't here. I could care less if they made my food in 15 seconds instead of there famous 30 seconds service.

So much mayo it’s falling apart. Asked for no tomato due to allergies and they put extra tomatoes. Highly disappointing

I was having a rough day and they helped me take my order over the phone and brought it to my car because I had a sick toddler. I didn't realize it but I didn't order enough food for the event we had so they helped me figure out how much more to order and got it out quickly for me.

The GM is super caring. My son wouldn't drink water but thankfully I happened to have the powerade from y'all that helped him take fluids. Thank y'all for helping make my day better after a super stressful night and morning. Sincerely, Cayla W.

I had tried Jimmy Johns several years ago, but wanted to see if my opinion had changed. So I went back and gave them another try. Now, this location is good, staff was friendly, the place was clean, the food was ready fast. The issue I had was not site specific. What I found was that my original opinion remained-I simply don't like their sandwich.
Full disclosure here. I am a vegetarian. I've always been one my whole life. So my opinion only applies to what vegetarian options any particular place offers. In Jimmy John's case, there is only one option, and it is pathetic. Seriously. My rating would be less, but I know people like their other sandwiches, and I am not here to damage anyone's business, but will provide honest reviews of what I find.
I'm sure their business model is to only have a token offering for those not eating meat, but maybe it would be worth their effort and attention to be more competitive in that segment. There is another sandwich shop that has quite a number of options and each is absolutely delicious, so I know it can be done.
But maybe it just is what it is and will always remain so. Until that changes, I'll be making other choices for my lunch.

Emma Gearman was by far the only good thing about jimmy johns, the way she slapped those roast beef patty’s down on the crispy fresh mayo gave me chills. She sure knows how to be a fantastic woman who makes remarkable sandwich’s. The way she crunched those lettuce chunks was wonderful, i hope emma touches all my layers of sandwich blessing each layer with gods gift.although the chicken portion needs some work.

Love their food. But service has gone downhill since new ownership. Today- ordered a sandwich and asked for extra oil and vinegar. Young Male worker was very rude about giving extra oil and vinegar. Said no. Tried to give him feedback that it’s a small thing to do for a loyal customer. He ignored the feedback and simply said “good day”.

Ordered two sandwiches and they delivered both wrong. Called and they remade them. Brought new sandwiches and one was kinda right and the other one was completely wrong. It’s a sandwich! How do you mess it up twice! Went up there and they gave me a refund. Decided to not have dinner after that cluster!

Don’t know how this location is still in business.
Literally have tried 5-6 times to eat here.lunch and dinner and each time they are closed. I come in at 2pm today and they are closed because “they are on lunch break”. Literally watched a handful of customers walk off after being told the same…. Not even going to try here again. I will instead keep going to Jersey Mikes across the street.

I walked in at 11: 30a on a Tuesday to order 11 Little Johns for some school children. I was told they only had the "right bread" for 7-8 Little Johns, and that I should have called and given them 24 hour notice. Seriously? ! When I asked if they could just cut larger bread into smaller sizes they said no. They said all they could do was call around to other shops, or bake more "Little John bread" so I could come back in an hour. Again I suggested they cut other bread into smaller sandwiches, and was told no. So I said, "so you are unwilling to do anything now to make 11 Little Johns for 11 school kids who are waiting for sandwiches for their lunches in 1/2 an hour? " And all I got was a "sorry". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! How ridiculous that they couldn't find a way to make 3-4 more little sandwiches! They've lost my business! I recomend going down the road to the Jersey Mike's who went out of their way to help me.

I love Jimmy John's! The staff are always friendly and have fast service. My absolute favorite sandwich right now is the special called "Zesty Turkey Club". It's soooooo delicious! The thing that makes this sandwich shine is the tender & sweet roasted tomatoes, basil pesto aioli and pickled red onion.very delicate and makes the flavors pop.:). For their regular sandwiches, the ones that are always available. I have my favorites depending on my mood. The Italian Night Club is a classic sub. But if I'm in the mood for ham, I'll get the Jimmy Cubano. The tuna sandwiches are freaking awesome.very classic "retro" tuna, like when I was growing up in the 80s.tastes just like home.very nostalgic!:). For summer, I usually crave the Beach Club, which has yummy roasted turkey and avocado (among other things). I've always had great service when I go there.so, I'm very puzzled by some of the negative reviews I have read in this forum. I can say, from my own personal experience, and I've been a customer here for years, this Jimmy John's location rocks! I highly recommend Jimmy John's.great service, great food and freaky fast!

Ok now their prices are 70% more then other surrounding locations. $20 for a giant when at other areas it's $13.64. Why the increase? Last time I'll stop at this Magnolia location.

Worst customer service. I had a delivery. Called and spoke to a rude lady. Asked to speak to manager and she claimed to be ‘the manager’. In the end, she said I could get a refund and she was informed of the time I was getting off, which was 3 hours later. She said it was fine as long as the whole order was intact including the drink. I get to the store, walk in, see 2 men working, and I told one of them I was there for a refund. He started asking questions. Questions were answered. He kept saying he didn’t believe me. That no one in his store would say the things I was saying. Well I asked him to speak to a manager and he claimed to be the GM and wanted to remake my sandwich and give me credit for another sandwich for a different day because he could not give refunds. At this point I didn’t not want a sandwich, I wanted my money back for being treated unfairly and being called a liar. I spent $23 for ONE damn sandwich, chips, drink, cookie and I paid a good tip for the driver. FYI, my office is half a mile away from this location. Ridiculous. This establishment needs better management, happier employees or needs to close.

We were told you don’t sell bread anymore with “Oh, um, we don’t do that. ”
When did this stop?
Also, employees looking at my husband and another lady waiting outside at 10: 58am and do not open the door until 11: 10 is unacceptable!

I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice.
However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.

Had to buy two kids sandwiches at almost 6.00 a piece just for my small child to have enough to eat. Barely 1 piece of turkey and half a piece of cheese. Totally ridiculous.

Use to have high ratings for this place. Seems like the hours open are little to none. Closing before 4: 30 on a weekday? To bad the 242 location isnt here.

Welcomed into this location by an employee trying to shame me for not using the app to order ahead of time.yes, I read the three homemade signs on the door about ordering online for faster service due to a staffing issue (and restrooms NOT for the public) but if you just arrive at a location, you don't see the sign until you are there. Rudest employee I have ever encountered at a Jimmie John's and I won't be back.
