Jimmy John's, Fort Worth TX

Hands down, the worst tuna salad sub I have ever had in my entire life. Tuna is typically pretty straightforward. This sub disappointed on every level. The pickles had the consistency of seaweed. The tuna salad was pretty much straight dry tuna.there was nothing salad about it. It was gross. Chunks of raw onion mixed in (onion is not listed as an ingredient for the sandwich). The only thing good about the order was how speedy the delivery was. Don't get me started on the pesto pasta salad, either. Tasted like week old pasta salad that needed tossed, not charge $2 extra for 2 tablespoons of less than mediocre pasta salad.

Very disappointed! The person that handles customers must be able to deal with all situations. Not just say “I don’t handle these situations I just make sandwiches” if all you do is make sandwiches you have no business being on the phone AARON. The fact that you were so offended probably means that you are the one who made the mistakes on more than half of the sandwiches. And for paying over 50$ you best believe I want them the way I requested and paid for. So if it was missing premium toppings I expect they are on there and if they are not I definitely want you to remake ALL of them! The fact that you were extremely rude downplaying the situation to only missing two items when it was over 9 items on 3 different sandwiches. Seems like you need more training on your whole job. Please take it seriously or don’t work in providing a service for people!

I love there food, how ever I ordered taco salad & 2 Tacos in the bag they put the Tacos on top of the box, luckily they didn't fall off but the Lettuce was all over the taco salad box. Wish they had put in a smaller bag or box more contained

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Jimmy John’s. Came in gave my name for an order online and sat for 40 minutes while others came in and got their meals. I asked and they had my order but had been skipping it as people came in and ordered.

Honestly i have NEVER eaten anything from Jimmy John's and thats How I wish it would have Remained. I just Got Jimmy John's for the First time ever and I will never get it again.the Bread isnt Fresh its Very Tough to Pull apart. The veggies are Garbage or at least Thats were They Must have Gotten them From. ITS way to expensive to be So bad.i dont Get it

We were welcomed in. Told the young lady our order. My sandwich was incorrectly made after I was very specific on what I waned on it. The tuna had absolutely no flavor! The other sandwich we ordered there was so little meat or cheese on it all you could taste was the veggies. Very disappointing food quality!

Jimmy Johns is still freaky good but no longer freaky fast. They are still faster than the average fast food joint.

Nothing against the stores in general just I am not a big Jimmy John's fan maybe it's the bread.
