Jimmy John's reviews
12 Ricky was awesome very friendly. Great atmosphere very welcoming. My sandwich was fast and great. I highly recommend Ricky. Go see Ricky. He is very patient.
.
Bread was hard but was fine, the lady at the front with the dark hair and eyebrows looks like she punches people for fun,
Rating a 1 because HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF BREAD.seriously. It was about 30 minutes before close and I think they just didn't want to work anymore.
I love Jimmy Johns but I will never order from or recommend this location to anyone
1. They will not have a delivery driver even if it says they do. 2. When they don’t have a driver and you have to drive and get the sandwiches, they will not refund you the amount you pre tipped the delivery driver. 3. They forget food all the time, even when you order from the app and it’s spelled out for them on the receipt. We have had 3 bad back to back experiences and that is enough. There are plenty of other sandwich shops in town that we will use instead of Jimmy Johns.
Why pay extra for pickles? I ordered the Gargantuan and asked for pickles. I was charged $2. That's ridiculous. Good thing I didn't ask for a napkin.
Incredibly rude, condescending, and angry man behind the counter. He seemed shocked and resistant when I asked for extra veggies. I came in at 8: 20, and though they don’t close until 10, the dining area was busted down and blocked by chairs. This was the most messy and crudely constructed sandwich I’ve ever gotten at a Jimmy John’s, and it immediately fell apart when I opened it. Very strange and frustrating experience.
Yes, I was dumb enough to do this 3 times. 1st order I called, they were out of bread and didn't call to let me know. 2nd and 3rd time I waited and called, they didn't have a driver and didn't notify me. Insane to run a business like this!
Ordered delivered just after 9. They close at 10. Order was confirmed and I was charged tip and all, but it’s 10 minutes after 10 and no food and no one called us. And now the store is closed so I can’t speak to anyone.
Love this place, but music is never on.
Edit: hours are inconsistent. Very poorly run store. This in no way can be the standard.
Bread hard as a rock. The person that took my order was laying down as if it was nap time and my bread was hard as a rock. I know this bread is normal not the softest bread but I probably could have hurt someone if I had thrown it at them.
I ordered online and was called back 20 mins later by a manager telling me they were out of bread even when they were still open for over an hr I was told I would be refunded on my card but almost 2 months later no refund I have called and still nothing I will never order from this store again how do u run out of bread bit keep my money I use to order all the time from jimmy John's but will never order from this store again.
Ordered a Cubano online to be picked up, there were 10 people in the lobby and only two workers. One of them had a bad attitude and told a customer that the lobby was closed for sit down (at 6: 30pm) The sandwich was underwhelming, mine tasted like a plain mayo sandwich, it had so much and barely any meat. It has been 7 years since we had visited, I got sick 7 years ago from eating here and this experience was so disappointing that it will take us 7 years to return.
