Jinda' Cafe reviews
14 The interior was closed, you can only order through the drive-thru window on the side.
Beware the wait for the food to be prepared might be long. We were told the food would take 30 minutes to be ready, and it was ready exactly 30 minutes later.
Highly recommend calling ahead.
Curry and fried rice was very rich in flavor.
Fantastic food and generous portions. The green curry with eggplant had just enough “zing” for the palate, and abundant basil and tofu; the pad see eew (stir fried soy sauce noodles) was richly flavored and had as much chicken, broccoli and egg as it did the tasty noodles. Yum!
Their soup is so amazing! I need to stop by haven't in like 5 years since i left the college an i love their pineapple fride rice.
We were traveling from Texas to Colorado and picked up food from Jinda' Cafe.
It was wonderful! We had Green Curry with shrimp (ordered medium spicy) and Silver Noodle Pad Thai with pork (ordered mild spice). The medium was borderline too hot for us, but it was delicious!
We definitely put this cafe on our "must stop again" list since we travel back and forth between Colorado and Texas several times a year.
Don't hesitate to stop at this gem in Clarendon, Texas!
Surprisingly real authentic Lao/Thai food in a small TX town! We had the pad woosen with tofu and fried chicken wings. The tofu was fried as it should be. The wings were non-breaded as they should be. Will definitely stop by again.
Dude. Are you kidding me! This place is the bomb. I lived in Thailand for over 4 years and this place makes some of the most authentic Thai food I have ever had. In Clarendon TX. Really? What a pleasant little find this place is.
I saw all the great reviews so I had to try it out. I had the Pad Thai Chicken and it was delicious! The owners were very friendly and I found out they had previously lived in Colorado Springs (my destination).
Wow
I just ate the Beef Pho, and it is the most delicious and flavorful that I remember in a long time! I eat Asian food everywhere I can sin I’m a trucker, but I’m impressed! I will be stopping by soon
No dining in drive thru only have room for two semi’s call in orders only I totally enjoyed the Kow Pad Maknad huge portions cashews pineapple not to strong of flavor very balanced US 287 in Clarendon Texas not a fancy place but the food is good most places like this has a great clientele
Some of the best, if not THE BEST, Thai food that I've ever eaten! Friends have raved about Jinda's for many years and I'm kicking myself for not coming to Clarendon and eating here sooner!
No pictures because I was too busy enjoying my food, but it is as beautiful as it is tasty. I had the Pa Nang Curry and could eat it every day! Some restaurants serve their Pa Nang with lots of meat and vegetables and little broth. Jinda's is more like a stew with plenty of the richest golden broth. I added some rice to mine and cannot think of a better meal for cold weather!
We will definitely be making the hour drive back to Clarendon soon just so that we can eat at Jinda's!
Great little Thai spot for takeout on the way to Colorado. The owners were very friendly and even brought our food and a water bottle (free of charge) to our car in the rain. Make sure to call ahead to place your order since the majority of people do that (especially during COVID-19). I've attached the menu along with some of the plates we had. Would definitely go there again if I stop through.
I love this little restaurant and try to plan my trips so I can have dinner there. I've eaten a variety of dishes and they were all delicious. I like seeing local families come there and listen to their children ordering Thai or Laotian food.
If it is near closing and I'm the only one there, the owner will come sit at a table near me and visit. I've learned about him and his business.
I'll be traveling through later this month and I do hope they are open. They close from 3 to 5 in the afternoon and at 9 for the night. They are closed on Sundays.
Do not eat here unless you're prepared to eat here exclusively, it will ruin you. Once you've had the magical awesomeness that is Jinda, no other asian restaurant will measure up. I have yet to find another restaurant where the food is as good as Jinda's. It's always okay, but it's not Jinda.
I’ve eaten at many Thai restaurants and this place by far was the best I’ve had! The Chicken curry I ordered was so good without being too heavy. I live in Amarillo and I’d say it’d be worth taking a short road trip just to eat their again. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the owner was super nice.
