4 I can't say enough about JJ Windows.
I have my whole house done, when a panel breaks or goes bad, they got great service, replaced within a week or so. Jesse is awesome, great warranty, great service and top notch on costumer service. I see some 1 star reviews, must be a misunderstanding cause these guys are great. 12 years of having them being our nr 1 window people. We will continue and recommend them for future projects.
Jessie came out and gave me a good quote. His team then spent 2 days putting windows in. They look great and my house is a lot cooler. Great job Jessie and Team.
This company has changed to the negative over the years. Rude, intolerant and impatient. I just won’t tolerate rudeness. I have stopped doing all business with JJ’s Window Service.
Had an appointment to get a quote. Rep had to cancel which totally understand but they didn’t tell us they were cancelling. We only found out after calling multiple times after waiting an hour.
