This is a pretty good restaurant supply, with a wide selection. I check here before I buy anything for my kitchen, they're likely to have it at a good price.

No one greated us as we entered the building. There were about 8-10 "workers" eating lunch at a table in an open area behind one guy sitting at a computer who also didn't acknowledge us entering the building. My cousin, jokingly, sat at the table with the "workers" and they offered him a sandwich. WOW! This is not a professional atmosphere or customer friendly establishment when purchasing businesses equipment. I just wish that I could give them a zero star rating.

Incompetent. Went here to buy commercial dishwashing chemical. Call ahead and they said they had it. When I showed up an hour later, they had run out. They told me they would have more in a week. Came a week later, they were still out. They told me they had one at another store and I could pick up next day. I paid for it and showed up next day and they couldn’t find it. They had put it on the shelf and sold it that morning. I wasted 3 total hours with 3 back and forth trips from Katy. Got my money back and ordered online which I should have done in the first place.

Conveniently located near the Chinatown area and is almost complete when it comes to restaurant equipment and supplies. You get discounts too if you own or manage a business. Staff are very helpful.

This place has a huge selection, the service was great, parking is easy, the employees were really friendly and helpful but unfortunately the store is extremely small to all the inventory they carry and to the point that it makes it difficult just to walk around some parts of the store

I love shopping here. No, I don't have a restaurant nor work at a restaurant. I buy mostly stuff for my kitchen. Thanks to JKS. They offer to retail shoppers, like me, and wholesale buyers. Sometimes, I come to buy loose items (dishes no linger a set or floor sample) at clearance prices.

It's a good place, they need to update their computer, took too long on lines while they rebooted the whole system and then charged us. Place is expensive

Good place too get your Restaurant supplies and Ingredients. Wear a jacket cooler can get quite cold.

Has a lot of restaurant supply for a low price. If you have a membership you get an even bigger discount.

My husband enjoys going here to buy things for his job, since he is a supervisor chef. It can get very expensive for the things he needs. But we go in to look, an get something to buy, or we save our money to buy the things we need.
