They have Great customer service. When I spoke with Marisol she gave me all my opinion when it came to car insurance. Unfortunately I couldn’t sign on due to my car details. But I hope to still talk more to her about life insurance for myself and my kids. Thank you so much for being a family friendly office.
Marisol, is very detailed in explaining to on things I do not understand. She patiently explains and makes sure I understand what or how this whole insurance works because we all know how complex it is and can be.
Jo Stephens office has been helpful every time we've had a question, and even through a claim. She helped us get a second adjuster and opinion which were allowed to get. And because of that we had our roof paid for when we had hail damage. I highly recommend her and her team. We have been with her for years for both home and auto insurance.
I hate the fact that they don't email you or call you to let know that the policy is going to change
