JOANN Fabric and Crafts reviews
13Just went in here for some simple velcro strips and i could for the love of Jesus, Buddha, or Allah find them. Could not find a staff member that was helpful nor get help from where the location of the item on their website. For any person looking for specific items, you will not find it unless you scan every aisle in the store. For any person just looking to start arts and carfts projects, have fun looking for said items without buying 20 other things unrelated to said projects
I love Joanns but the store is a mess.
There was shopping carts in the aisles.
And the checkout line was long and one person checking out customers.
Is this Colonial Street or what? During my first (and next to last) visit, I was excited to explore something different. But what I found was a dated environment, extremely limited inventory, confusing pricing, and zero customer service. My last visit was to return the purchase. Regardless of the number of customers in front of you, prepare to wait in line for a long, long, time. (Bye Felicia.)
I love the size of this location. The cutters were so nice and helpful when I was getting fabric! The casher was really nice as well!
Joann is a great store, we're all you need is available, I always have good experience shopping with them, with good qualities items, and affordable, even with discount try it today, you would have a good experience too
*sigh* i want to like this place i really do. They have a wide selection that can be difficult to find elsewhere. But i was already on the fence because they dont offer a teacher discount when other art stores do. But no biggie- they have coupons right? Except every time i try to use one, their computer says it cant accept it because of sale items even tho it says “includes sale items” on the coupon itself. Now no one is forcing me to buy anything of course- but it seems pretty suspicious that they send me these coupons that say in big font “INCLUDES SALE ITEMS” to get me in then say “hahaha just joking” when i actually get there:/
Joann's is cool for craft items but a bit pricey compared to WalMart & Hobby Lobby. They also have limited colors for cotton yarn. I've been twice & keep having trouble finding the cotton colors I need so I have to go elsewhere.
I absolutely love going to Joanns I feel like the staff there knows me personally and remembers me every time and I just started going about a week and a half ago the people that were absolutely the nicest we’re Diana and Jamie! I am disabled and they make me feel so welcomed.
Absolutely my favorite place to Craft! They have a little bit of everything from fabric to glitter. You name it they gotcha!
Good selection, includes quilt quality, shirtings, decor, specialty and utility fabrics. Good sales. No arguments. Nice folks.
Helpful when you ask, unobtrusive when you want to browse.
Honestly, prices here are getting absolutely ridiculous. They have lots of nice things but everything is priced atleast, if not more than, double what it's worth.
Way under staffed and could not look up a price without an item number. Got there found the product and it was mislabeled. $5 higher than it should be
Time to get back to normal staffing levels to operate properly.
I ordered fabric online for pick up at this store. It wasn't ready when I got there but David, a manager, quickly helped me. He found the fabric himself and someone cut it right away.
