Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products in store and they always have excellent sales and coupons.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! HELPFUL sales people looked to item. I got the last one on the shelf and was told 10 more will show up some time in the future.

Needed some 3d printer filament in a bind, called them up they set it aside and went over and picked it up. Great service!

Found all the fabric we needed. Took a little bit due to they changed the sections from the last time we were here (over a year due to where we live now.) Staff friendly as always and was minimal wait to get fabric cut as well. Also a variety of great prints

Called and inquired about a cricut joy, they had one left. They placed it on hold for me and I went over and purchased it as a gift for my daughter!

Some of the staff go over and beyond to help me with what I was looking for, but then you have the other ones who don't care

Im only giving this place 2 stars because my wife shops here.the lines are always long to check out and only one register going.the staff here is not friendly and often will continue to talk amongst themselves even if you are standing right in front of them for help.coupons and discounts are garbage.its always off non sale items and everything is on sale.its just s scame from the parking lot to the check out.go to michaels!

Love Joanns a great place for most all of your crafting needs. Sewing is the main thrust here. Beautiful ball gown fabrics.

Love this place.and not so much. They refused to scan my coupons today. Miss Huffy puffy at the register today wouldnt even put my military discount. Lazy! What is your problem? I have always had that discount added. Stay away from here, the service is horrid. Attitude issues over some coupons. Never again.

The store is nice but they don't have enough cashiers. Especially for a Saturday afternoon. I guess that's how most places are these days.

I am addicted. Most of the staff ar this location are friendly and helpful, one or two exceptions. But that goes to say almost any place.

I was looking for some fabric and backing for a military shadow box. I asked another customer to help because the staff seemed too busy and/or unavailable. After the kind stranger had helped me find what I needed, my number was called and I was helped by a very odd young lady. She made an extremely off the wall joke while cutting my fabric. My mother, who was with me, remarked about how unbalanced the employee seemed. I could go on, but I won't. Suffice to say, it was a strange experience.
