JOANN Fabric and Crafts, Dallas TX

I did not feel welcomed at this store. The lady who cut my fabric had a terrible demeanor so I didn’t purchase anything.

I went into this store trying to replace cushions for a couch. I ask for assistance they left, and there i stood. Then i went to the counter where they were cutting snd measuring. They told me to go get what i needed. My mind went to “i needed help” so i went to the area. Anyway, the experience went to bad badder and the worst! So do i need padding, not sure. Got some? , she chopped everything up. I went to the register, and was charged $264? I got home and didnt understand the receipt. So the next day i went back in to return the padding. Nothing was done. The manager never returned any call. Wasn’t available in person on the phone. Nothing. I just dont seeing Jo ann’s nothing but my nightmare. Just say know to JoAnns at preston and royal in dallas! And my couch is.a mess! Thanks joanns!

The shopping trip almost went horrible (see review on vicking sewing gallery's Google). The save was the cashier that helped at around 3pm-4pm 8/20/2023. That young man had patience and knowledge of the app and coupons and helped me download the app and get the best bang for my buck. I did make a large purchase so it did help) I would avoid the vicking sewing gallery in the future due to the toxic old lady you had working in that department yesterday.

The store is always clean, stocked and well organized. The staff and management are always friendly and helpful.

Always find what I need. Large well stocked store. Sometimes, it is hard to find a sales associate, and sometime during the holidays lines can be long. Today was for notions, yarns and lace.

I sew and craft. This has always been my go to place for all things sewing since the 1980's.

This is one of my favorite stores to stop by and spend some time & money but it is always so damn hot inside the store!
Please cool it down! They always have the heat on during the wrong times. It gets very uncomfortable & I have to leave!

This place has all kinds of art crafting supplies. My wife and I will definitely be visiting this place more often.

Call ahead to inquire about product pick up and associates were not helpful and not willing to confirm that inventory was accurate

L.in the fabric department was wonderful! She was patient, gave me ideas and much needed feedback! Great customer service.

Brianna was relational, informative and motivational about a sewing task for a granddaughter's dress for a high school formal.

Pretty good place for Halloween stuff. Just a really good all around craft store. Also have a good picture framing service
