4 This is the only Joann I know of in my area. It's smaller than the ones I used to go to on the other side of town when I lived there, but it's a clean and organized store.
They had what I needed and it was on sale. If not, I did have a coupon that would have given a higher discount, but that's okay.
The staff is friendly and helpful, too.
I still miss the old location (was bigger and had more to choose from), but this store is pleasant, too.
Took wife to get some fabric. She found what she needed and checked out.
I purchased safety eyes. I tried to fasten on my project and it kept popping off. I had a finished project and I tried to pull it off, and it came off easily. This is not safe for any children, even over 3. It is defective. I tried to return to the store & the young assistant manager said he could not return a "used" item. I asked even if it is defective-he said "store policy. " I said that is not safe, it's not right. So he said he would refund it to me because I was "making a big stink about it. " Selling defective products gets a zero in my rating. I hope he returned to the manufacturer, but I bet it's back on the shelf.
