Could not get help could not find what we needed no one knew any thing sent me to one side of store then the other side

The salesperson was very nice. I was having a problem locating my debit card, she patiently waited for me to find it.

Fabulous store! Friendly people. Great deals on Singer professional sewing machines. Sewing notions and craft supplies. I bought my new Singer professional machine on sale, plus some cute supplies to get me by until my household goods arrive in Lubbock.

This store is great. There are lots of fabrics, yarns, and crafting supplies to choose from at very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my go to craft supply store.

Horrible customer service. Employees are mostly Boomers with the typical I'm-better-than-you attitude. In-stock selection is very small and restocking is rare. You're better off just buying what you want from Amazon and avoiding the place altogether.

I love this place. Most of the time I find what I'm looking for. I love when they have sales and the weekly coupons are awesome. The staff is friendly enough.

They're pretty organized as far as fabric is concerned but don't seem to always have enough cashiers. But their craft supplies selection is ginormous! And they have some really fun stuff! Selection is excellent!

If you say you have curbside service, then do it. My wife called when she arrived, a lady answered, redirected her call, and no one answered. She went in to get the order and only two people were working. So if you don't have the personnel to do curbside do not offer it. We will no longer do business there.

The lady at the counter didn’t scan in my coupon even when I asked her to try and I just realized it didn’t take after I left the walked out of the store. It wasn’t enough of a savings to go fight with her but her lack of rapport then the dismissal of my request was enough to warrant this negative review

Great selections of materials, threads, notions, patterns, other crafting supplies. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful in their knowledge of crafts and skills. Take time to help and explain

A good place to buy fabric. The company has gotten a little pricy because they want you t o use coupons so sign up! You do revive quite a few. The have classes and a good instructor. Patterns are a good deal when they are on sale for $2.00 so watch the ad's. On line are great deals also.

Went to get cross stitch thread and found no help, cashier was very weird; remarked repeatedly on my short height and then proceeded to tell me he was evil and I shouldn’t come in if he was there because he was dangerous. Not going back, I was very uncomfortable and left asap.

Friendly staff and some really great sale prices on a variety of items. Don't forget to use online coupons to save more.

Everyone there is super helpful and kind. They have amazing patience when me and my fashion class come and visit.

Great store for all kinds of crafting, sewing & baking needs! I was pleasantly surprised at how broad the selections are! They even have "fairy" supplies (my favorite).
