JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, Dallas TX

Let me start out by saying I am not a craft person. The lady working the cutting table was more than eager to help me find would I needed. I had to recushion my sofa bottom. I wanted something hypoallergenic and it was to replace down feathers. They had bags filled with pieces of foam that were nontoxic. She got them all off the shelves while I got myself a basket. I got a bags that were each less than $4.00. So, they are a very affordable, helpful and friendly place.

Miss Jennifer is awesome! This is my long time favorite location in the DFW area but today my visit was met with an unpleasant customer.let’s call her Karen. (You already know why.) After another customer kindly insisted she pull up her mask that was under her chin, Karen started badgering her about her comment. So as any quality manager would, Jennifer told her she needed to put on her mask. Karen proceeded to shout about how “rude” Jennifer’s delivery was but Jennifer was completely professional despite having to ask multiple times. After Karen finally adhered to policy, she continued to harass Jennifer with her irate disdain. Of course Jennifer could not really defend herself because she chose to maintain her professionalism so I had to go off on Karen myself. It wasn’t until I spoke up that she stopped attacking Jennifer. Then she went on to complain about me, causing an even bigger scene in the store. She was obviously a mentally unstable bully determined to wreak havoc and I can’t applaud Jennifer enough for her professionalism. Even at checkout where Karen spent 20 minutes complaining and holding up the line she refused to wear her mask properly. JoAnn is lucky to have such a great manager like Jennifer. She deserves a promotion for the way she handled the situation!

Joann's has a wide variety of sewing and crafting needs. You can get great discounts if you use their mobile app. Their employees are knowledgeable and show genuine interest in your projects and will help you make them successful. The Mockingbird/Abrams store was recently renovated and they expanded their inventory.

Choice overload. I spent all day trying to decide on fabric. Once I made the selection the staff made me feel confident about my choices. I always enjoy myself shopping at JoAnns

This particular Jo-Ann's is close to my house so it's very convenient for me to shop here. It is not as large or well-stocked as the one on Forest Lane and Preston. But if you can't find what you want in the store you can always order it online and have it shipped to your house or to the store and pick it up. The staff there has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and if you wait to shop a sale you can get a good deal. They have just about everything you need for crafting, needlearts, sewing or decorating for holidays or parties.

Wonderful place for arts & crafts. Beautiful jewelry beads. That aile keep me buzy for hours

I can not emphasize how much I love this store! It has everything I need and want. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They have sales all the time plus coupons on various items. They also have classes!

This place is full of my favorite things. You can find just about any crafting or artistic supply here that you need. Plus the prices and coupons cannot be beat.

I love JoAnn’s! I come here for all of my fabric and crafts. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and well kept.

Everything looks unorganized the bathroom is gross you can't find anything it smells weird and the staff are TRASH and I've been roommates with a meth user

Really good place for supplies, a quick one stop for multiple things regardless of what youre working on. Has a good size variety of fabric, but dont really have a big variety of patterns for those who dont know how to make patterns themselves.

Have a large supply of fabrics prices are a bit inflated but they have options. Dyes on the 9ther hand are lacking but they have the largest supply around.

While not as large as the giant location on Preston Road, this is a pretty good Joann's. When I need basic things, they always have plenty in stock, and there are enough non-basics that I can't help but get distracted and end up looking around.

Associates are always following & watching you, but never speak or ask if you need help. Picked up several items in multiple numbers that were in the clearance section. When I questioned as to why they were in the clearance section, I was told that " somebody" must have put it there. Several of one item?

The sales are a little much, but the customer service is excellent and the cutting staff has a passion for sewing as much as you do.

Joann seems to use the Bed Bath and Beyond formula where every thing is marked up but listed 'on sale' or only slightly overpriced with a coupon. The people here were friendly though, and where else are you going to go?

Very well stocked and clean, service was below expectations not one employee asked if i needed help.

This is my new favorite place, because it's not too big and it's not too small. I'm taking a class on Tuesday and how to make those drawstring pants!

Great JoAnn's. Parking can some times be a bit tight, but I have never had a problem finding one in the end.

Store is in an easy location to find, with a pretty good selection of fabric. I've only gone a few times, but the wait time is never long.
