The owner Kumar was prompt in showing the place but afterwards he was busy every time I tried to give him the deposit. I waited a few days to call back, the wife answered said her husband was out of town and she had rented it out the day before. I told her I I tried giving the deposit to the husband multiple times and he said he me down for the date I needed. She said I should not count on anything unless I gave them a deposit and well it's already rented and hung up on me.

Excellent place for a small group. Dance floor has a good light set up.
