My front car door got hit by my neighbor. They fixed it in one week. Handled insurance on my behalf as well. They text you and keep you updated with repairs. Transparent breakdown of costs. They go above and beyond on service.

Never received my estimate after driving there and having an appointment. I was told they would send the quote via email within 30 minutes and after almost 7 hours later and still nothing

My whole driver side got side swiped from parking in front of the house on the street. Chose this place because they work with my insurance. Let me just say, they did an AMAZING job! Communication was awesome. They sent me text messages on updates and they also call me every few days on updates also. I would def recommend this place.

Just went to pick up my car and the manager was trying to justify the poorest job I’ve ever seen. All my good experience with them washed away by a guy who thinks customers have no idea what to expect. This is how poorly they’ve put a new bumper.

I love to talk about a business I've been to that I thought were great! Well today I want to praise Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Carrollton Texas. First off the shop was super clean, the staff was great to work with and my car was ready before the insurance check arrived. They did a super job on my rear bumper, you would never know if had a few dings an scratches on it, the new paint match perfectly. I highly recommend Joe Hudson Collision Centers here in North Texas. Had our truck in here from when we got rear ended. Ray took care of us and they got the truck in and out of the shop and back on the road. They stay communicating with us by phone and email! Loved how we could check the status of the vehicle through email.

Awesome place to go to! Originally totaled a vehicle a few months ago and they were unable to fix, tried out Joe's again and their service was absolutely stellar for a minor fender bender (Dallas livin' is rough, ya know?) My rep John Ayers provided complete transparency the entire time and even cut my repair time in half than what was expected. It was a pretty frustrating experiencing with the Insurance company, but with Joe Hudson's. I'll recommend them a million times over.

From the beginning to the end this place was outstanding. Great customer service, and great work. They kept me updated on my car and also finished several days ahead of schedule. Car looks better than before. Definitely going to reccomend people to come here!
