The pulled pork tacos and queso are amazing. I also recommend the stuffed avacados with chicken and queso

The food here is so good highly recommend if you love tex-mex this place is for you! I wished I would have taken pictures of the food it was so good

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere trivia. Keystone was $3.25 like the Abilene regional airport, terrible.

Edited they changed the price to $2.50 which is by contrast one of the cheapest beers in the area. And Kinsleigh is good.

This was a very good experience. The salsa is good enough on its own to make me want to eat here. Had tacos that were fantastic and the Watermelon Margaritas were amazing. And the staff are very friendly. Well done Joe Taco.

Brought a small group of students on our way to participate in a local sporting event. Some of our students were special needs and he was very nice and accommodating with them. Food was great!

Decent Tex Mex menu but another place that does not know how to make a margarita! Why make it with orange juice? ! Why make it so sweet? ! I want to taste like Tequilla and fresh lime with some Cointreau or grand marnier. The queso blanco was pretty good but not hot enough so it was a bit thick. Tacos are average. Nice bar and friendly staff.

The food is amazing!
I was skeptical because I love me some authentic Mexican food and this place nailed it!
They don’t have everything perfect but just right for a delicious spicy red sauce and a traditional pork Chile verde.
Definitely a must try if you love Mexican food!

They have a lot of unique dishes. Like beef tips. The burrito stuffed with the Chile relleno was awesome. They had some pretty cool T-shirts as well.

Love it! Should have been the first place to go when I moved here to the Timber Creek area for TexMex! I absolutely love Canyon, Texas.
Fajita street tacos, brisket tacos, guacamole, enchiladas con chili just like I like it. I got my cousin got chili relleno and queso blano with green chili to go. Waiting on her opinion. Even the chips and salsa were just right. No to mention the excellent staff service, especially Cole. Friendly and did it all well. Thank you.

I love Joe Taco. We prefer the patio at this location. Drinks are good, and the marinated beef is my favorite for tacos and fajitas, as well as quesadillas. The queso is awesome, and we always eat lots of salsa. I feel like the portions are good sized and I always leave full!

Everything we tried was very good but my personal favorite was the brisket nachos! We were so happy with our visit we will definitely be returning.

Definitely one of my favorite places to eat and drink in Canyon. I come here quite often to eat enchiladas and drink beers and margaritas at the bar. The staff is always nice and accommodating.

As a foodie who travels and eats in many states the grande enchiladas were amazing. I got the Mexican brisket with poblano sour cream sauce they were one of the best I've ever had.

We found this place due to the reviews, and we are so glad we did! I ordered the violated chicken, and it was delicious! Large portion and very flavorful. On the side I ordered a hard taco with Mexican brisket, it was amazing! My husband ordered the enchilada fajita with "spicy meat" and it was sizzling hot and a large portion as well! He also got a taco with he same meat. Our friend got the chili verde and he said it was very flavorful and he would order it again! We sat outside and the atmosphere was very nice, the service was amazing! If we are ever in Canyon again we would be back, it's definitely cravable!

Some food was good some was still cold street tacos were the best. As for service some of employees n management can be better in all quality

The tacos need a little more flavor, but everything else was excellent. Chips and salsa are the best I've had at a restaurant in a long, long time.
