ARC is a good place to take care of your health. Dr John A Queng MD is very good doctor who is willing to help people.
Dr. Queng carefully listened and observed my poison ivy rash. He proscribed prednisone as more effective than steroid cream since the rash was all body. He gave a clear procedure for managing poison ivy contact in the future. He also listened and advised using Flonase for a stuffed nose instead of Afrin. He patiently answered all my medical questions in an unhurried manner giving reasons for medical choices. While I already have a great ARC internist (not available for an appointment today) I would definitely go back to Dr. Queng for excellent medical care.
Dr. Queng is an excellent GP who I have seen for a long time. Always attentive and detailed.
ARC DR John Queng is the best PCP physician ever he listens and cares and doesn’t think he knows it all but will refer you to a specialist who can give you a better diagnosis of what you’re experiencing
I’ve been seeing Dr. Queng for over a decade. He is kind, compassionate, caring, highly educated…the list goes on. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Queng. He has been supportive and has seen me through some of my hardest moments in life. I can’t imagine having another doctor. Thank you, Dr. Queng!
This is the most unethical unprofessional that I have ever paid to visit not once but a few times.he has no compassion for his patient and he does not listen. I feel I have been medically invalidated and certainly not healthy cause he does nothing. Highly recommend do not use this primary care physician as your doctor.
The staff is awesome! They go the extra mile every day and let you know how much they care.
