Took dealer 4 attempts dropping off the vehicles to rectify the recall by following the Acura bulletin guideline, the service advisor Eric V was great at keeping communication and able provide loaner on the last service.

I don’t live close to this dealership and only come here for the great customer service I received since the day I purchased my vehicle. Eric ALWAYS provides top notch customer service when bring my vehicle in for service.
This isn’t against Eric, but last time I was in my windshield was cracked during servicing, and they replaced it. Sad part was when the technician removed my old windshield somehow a rose I had on my dash was lost. This rose was from moms casket that I had been driving with for over a year. Sentimental value of it cannot be replaced.

Great group of individuals at this Acura dealership… if you’re looking to purchase or lease… ask for Elijah and he’ll take care of you, along with Charles in Finance. I also use their service Dept to keep my car’s longevity… ask for either Eric or Kevin and if they’re not available, ask for Omar… three very personable guys that will help with the service of your car.
Truly outstanding from reception to sales to sales managers to finance to service to general manager. A culture of excellence and courtesy pervades John Eagle Acura. A mistake was made when I went to pick up the car that I had purchased. Since the general manager hadn't signed off on the deal, my car was inadvertently sold. There was no similarly equipped car in blue in Texas nor in the adjoining states. Eagle took responsibility, ordered another car, and reduced the price because of the inconvenience. My salesperson, Jessica was over the top helpful, informative, and courteous. Her boss, Charles was outstanding as well. Ding, the finance manager explained all available add ons and didn't argue with me when I didn't want a particular one. Eric Younger in service is courteous, honest, and is a careful listener. Ms. Cao, the GM has built a culture of honesty, courtesy, and fairness. Eagle is simply the best of the best! Thanks so much.
I've never really paid attention to the line item label as misc charge on the bill (around additional ~10% of the total charge for all services) until we had a disagreement on the amount of discount that's supposed to be discounted that was agreed upon at the time of write up before the work started. When I asked the rep what that was, he said it's shop fee. So what is the advertised price you have for the service? Does that not include all the "misc charges" already? ! What a shady and fraud advertisement. SCAM!
My service rep for this visit was Roy. I had a scary start then not start incident with my MDX on a morning I was getting ready to travel. It was a failed battery, but not knowing how that presented (I just thought the car would not start) I got online and made an appointment. When Roy called and told me what it was, I was relieved. Everyone I have worked with over the years is just great. I will buy another Acura because of the service department!
