9I had just dropped off my son at daycare, shortly before that I got a tire pressure warning light so I decided to stop by the service department at John Eagle Honda, even though I didn't buy my Type R from them and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they take my car in right away, and removed the nail from my right rear tire and patched it at no cost, but the were very courteous and respectful! I also had a great car talk with Dustin! Thanks again!
I had to stop by the dealership so that one of the service technicans could help me program my wife's cell phone to her RDX!

I had an appointment for routine service. When I arrived I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. I asked with an appointment? They said yes, they were behind. It was actually 2 1/2 hours. If a service center is going to offer appointments, they should be able to better manage their time. A 2 1/2 hour wait for a 30-minute oil change is unacceptable.
I have been dealing with this dealership for close to 5 years and the crew there takes excellent care of my vehicle and offer AMAZING customer service

I took my car here for service, and I have to say the service has improved considerably since the last time I visited probably a year or so ago. I got a ride back home without any wait, thanks Jonathan. I am also impressed by Jivoni who helped me take the car out and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied and happy as I left.
The work was good, or so it seems so far since if there are any issues they'll show up over time. I am not expecting any.
The reason for one less star is the small waiting area for customers, especially compared with Toyota's across the road. I didn't use it much coz I went back home but it can be improved considerably for customers who do wait, probably a vast majority.
