Always pleasantly pleased with Dr. Broussard and her staff. The staff is pleasant, friendly and always have a big bright smile that shines straight through you. Dr. Broussard is patient and genuine. She takes her time with diagnosis plus giving options for treatments. Which I really like.

I have never experienced an office who gets your in and out as quick as this office. I can confidently schedule my appointments a little before work and know I won’t be delayed. The check in is so easy even with the extra precautions taken with COVID. I feel safe because contact with other patients is very minimal. The nurses are always nice and talkative and Dr. Broussard is SO down to earth and genuine. I also have to mention the lab tech. I am not quite sure of her name but it’s ALWAYS a pleasure to see her she has great vibes very welcoming and quick in and out. The labs are always updated quick and Dr. Broussard leaves amazing notes for you to understand your results. If I can give 10 stars I would give 10!

Dr. Broussand and her staff have consistently been pleasant and professional. Dr. Broussard particularly takes time to listen and consider my concerns while identifying a treatment plan.

Most unprofessional medical staff that I’ve ever come across. My experience with Dr Broussard started off with a pleasant note - as long as it was just a simple flu or viral, etc. As soon as my symptoms started getting a little complex, she referred me to other doctors and took a complete step back from being my primary care provider. If there’s no proper diagnosis but a person is still feeling the symptoms, he/she would go back to primary care looking for some other direction. But her office literally said no to my appointment - that they won’t see me. I was shocked to get such a response from a doctor. I’ve switched my providers and loving the care that I’m getting now.

The worst experience I have been received from this doctor office. They refuse to see patient in person even my covid test is negative, since the virtual meeting software is sever down, the only choice is I need to go to urgent care but the feedback is back to primary doctor and suggest the primary doctor will give the order for blood work and other tests if necessary. So I called back the doctor office, they are sending wrong information to ask me to go to same day clinic for test but not communicating ahead and the clinic doesn't even have any schedule for me, also the same day clinic doesn't offer the blood testing. Wasting my time and delay my best treatment time. After 3 days trial finally I get virtual meeting scheduled, her only feedback is wait, and she just saying this is some kind of virus without doing further diagnosis, and ask me to stay home and rest, that's all. I have been in low degree fever over 5 days and high in the afternoon, I strongly requested to have blood work done or any other test done but she refused to do so. A low degree fever might be an infection on my body somewhere but just not virus, she is not respecting the patient's feedback and very irresponsible on the treatment. I wish there is star below 1, she deserved.

My initial visit with Dr. Broussard wasn't a pleasant one. Received a shot and left the office with blood dripping on my clothes from injection site. All requested labs weren't done. Ended up going to the er and was admitted. After release from hospital went back for hospital follow up and after waiting outside to go in was advised i will need to do a virtual call instead even though both covid test were negative and on virtual call she requested i go back to the ER. Went to ER per request no one in the office had called prior to my arrival. Decided to give this office another try on September 8,2020. Lab finally done correctly however given new medications that has severe side effects. I have been emailing and calling the office since Monday the 14th and still no response. For those who have a had a great experience i'm happy for you and hope you have continued success as for me twice is enough for me to know this isn't the office for me.

Dr. Broussard and the staff at the Riverstone location were extremely kind, respectul, patient and professional. Although I was mis-informed about their policies on COVID-19 testing for asymptomatic patients they did everything they could to try and accommodate the requirements that my son's school had for returning to campus for the fall semester. I highly recommend this Primary Care Group, and Dr. Broussard, for anyone looking for a medical professional in the Sugar Land area.
