Decided to come in after browsing some items on their website. Not gonna lie, I was skeptical given the hype of this place, but they did a great job. I got this custom tennis bracelet. It pairs perfectly with my watch. It took about 2 weeks to get my piece, which was great timing compared to jewelry I've gotten elsewhere. I worked with Andrew A.who was helpful and not pushy (you know how they can be). Overall I'm really happy with the quality and price. Will def be back for custom pieces.

My husband purchased a ring and pendant from Johnny Dang. David was very helpful and answered all the questions he had during the process. Will definitely be making another purchase in the future.

I purchased 2 custom grills through the mail. I didn't get my molds right and needed to order more and I've tried probably 70 times calling to get help from customer service over the last year and a half. I got someone to answer once who said they'd help but I never got another response. Tried the text line they have and again, never a response. I lost lots of money and wasted tons of time trying to Call. Absolutely fraudulent buisness. Never buy from this place. I feel like I was scammed out of my money.

I ordered online and was helped by Andrew Azua, he provided great customer service. He maintained great communication with me, throughout the entire process! Definitely coming back for all my jewelry purchases! The ring pictured speaks for itself, highly recommend!

I've placed my order and the next day tried to cancel, but the customer service team has not contacted me at all. I have sent multiple emails multiple times, and it's been 2 weeks, and I have not heard a thing. On YouTube everything looked good but there Customer just made my experience a nightmare sorry Johnny your aight but you gotta get your customer service team up on your diamond level I'm getting charged for product I haven't received and still trynna cancel my order. I DO NOT recommend ordering ONLINE. It's not worth it. After Johnny texted personally to apologize, I must say he got the problem fixed In a matter of second Johnny You the Man!

Spent almost $1k on a gold/diamond pendant. Wore the piece 5 times and it broke. No response from the company via text or email. Extremely poor quality and extremely poor customer service. Save your money and buy with a reputable jeweler!

I did a custom order here. The seller was very rude didn’t want to do what I wanted. When the order was done the piece was literally about to be broken there was a piece just holding on. There quality work wasn’t there and definitely overpriced.

Purchased a pendant online and was told it was out of stock (after calling a few times). Initially blown and concerned because money was gone. The customer service afterwards and the pendant I received instead is the reason for 5 stars. Definitely going back for more pieces.

Just left Johnny Dang headquarters because i had an issue with an item I ordered online. Johnny and his team did AMAZING handling everything and i left with a better chain and pendant and its all thanks to him and his team! They worked so quickly to resolve everything and i am 100% satisfied with my purchase definitely recommend anyone in Houston area to come in person to get their jewelry from Johnny Dang!
