I recently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Johnny Was North Park. As a frequent buyer at the Johnny Was store in Plano, I expected a similar level of attentive service and assistance, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Upon entering the store, I noticed that the sales associates were engaged in a personal conversation amongst themselves. They remained deeply engrossed for a significant ten-minute duration before even acknowledging my presence. This lack of attention and disregard for customers was not a great first impression.

When I finally had the chance to explain what I was looking for, I was met with indifference and dismissal. Instead of offering guidance or attempting to understand my needs, the sales associates simply brushed me off and suggested I look elsewhere. This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional, leaving me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.

Given my positive experiences at the Johnny Was store in Plano, I had hoped for a similar level of exceptional customer service at Johnny Was North Park. Unfortunately, my encounter at the North Park location fell far short of my expectations.

Customer service is a crucial aspect of any retail experience, and it's disheartening when it fails to meet the standard. I hope that the management at Johnny Was North Park takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that all customers receive the attention and assistance they deserve.

As a frequent buyer at Johnny Was, I remain disappointed by the subpar customer service at the North Park location. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive criticism and encourages the store to reevaluate its approach to customer service, ensuring a more positive and satisfying shopping experience for all patrons.

Will never purchase another item from Johnny Was at this store, online or from any other store due to their deceptive trade practices and return policies. I purchased several items online that were on sale and was unable to return those that didn't fit because they were apparently a "final sale" even though there was no mention of final sale on any of the item's description online. Their return policy states final sale on items 50% off or more, however my items were all 40% off. They then send an email receipt AFTER you have paid that says final sale. I even went back to the website to confirm and there is nothing anywhere that states final sale. Customer service is horrible not only at this location but is non-existent if you call their customer service dept. No one answers and the recording states someone will call back within 24 hours. Never happened even after 3 phone call messages left over a period of a week! Emailing them is also ridiculous with a response arriving more than a week later! The clothes are not the quality they used to be with many items described as silk only to find out they are polyester. Too many other brands to choose from that focus on quality and customer service and that's where I'll choose to purchase from.
